Regarding the SC ruling that does not protect healthcare workers from jab mandates, isn’t that denying equal protection under the law?

When NC voted that marriage was only between a man and a woman it was shut down if I recall because all citizens weren’t treat the same. How is this different?

Good question!

Equal protection vs receiving federal funds.

I think the latter is the “hook” by which the mandate applies; pinging Cboldt.

Cboldt, is that true, receiving federal funds was the reason that the SCOTUS ruled that CMS healthcare workers are under the mandate?
