It's a month that has seen the couple deprived of the blender as their three fluffballs, all rescue cats, take turns atop their box perch

Seriously? Move the cats and get your blender. The cats will survive. If they really want to make them happy give them the empty box after they open it.

I put a red plastic tote in the hallway to pack up the last Christmas stuff and one of my cats has claimed it. She spends most of the day on it. It has a commanding view of the hallway, front door and living room, and it’s been more than a week and she still won’t let me have it. Need a decoy box.

All they have to do is shake the Little Friskies box. If they didn’t it is all a tik tok fantasy to try to get viral attention. I don’t believe for a minute that cats sat on a box for more than a couple of hours.
