“We’re gonna have windmills, you’re gonna see that have 100-yard wingspans, each, each propeller on that on that windmill, 100 yards long. So there’s so much that’s going to be able to be done.”

A windmill of that size would only work in a hurricane.

Biden isn’t the only one who loves the windmills. The colony of feral cats that live beneath them eat their fill of the dead birds that fall out of the sky after being killed by the blades.

We found something better than windmills...that’s why we don’t use them.

Let’s see, each blade describes a radius so we have a diameter of 200 yards spinning at, say 50-100 rpms, a total weight of maybe 8-10 tons, a bearing goes bad, hey, what could go wrong?

The do exist. 107 meters not yards which is actually longer than Biden's claim. How efficient etc? How long to turn a profit?

As soon as I saw the headline, that was the first thing that popped into my mind.

Given the sheer size and weight of one blade, let alone 3 of them, how hard must the wind have to blow to get one of them moving?

How in the hell would you even build the tower? I would have to think that the tower would have to be at least 350-400 feet to the top.

A number of companies are making wind turbines with 100 meter blades.

Pretty sure they don’t require hurricane-force wind.

I normally say commies aren’t dumb, they’re just liars, Biden is an exception.

Google them. They exist, but I cannot imagine the long-term viability.
