How many of the Justices, their family members, and close friends have investments in pharmaceutical companies?
Are Supreme Court justices scientists?

Supreme court judges know less about science than than the average non-msm viewer.
The vaccine don’t prevent infection or the spread of the virus.
Is it still legal to say this out loud?
You can still get the virus vaccinated or not; only thing is, is, the horrific side effects of those vaccines.

Liars or clueless? Since it was the leftist justices, I wager the former.
They are merely lawyers.
And her case, not a very good one.
Well, that certainly is an opinion....I pray it’s not shared by anyone else on the SCOTUS.
The minute Biden said this was a states issue, he negated the governments involvement in setting mandates for this. Throw it back to the states to decide.
A judge is just a lawyer with too much power.
I don’t care what the black-robed tyrants say. I’m not taking a covid shot.
I’m more concerned that the “conservative” justices are cowed by threats of protests at their homes.
It doesn’t matter if they are or are not scientists. If they are looking at this on the merits of the science, they are already outside of their roles.
Is it constitutional to push a medical mandate of any sort on people?
Is it constitutional to force people to be treated by drugs or procedures against their will?
As the laws exist at this time, the answers to those questions are both a resounding no. Is it possible to pass a law that does this? Sure. Will it be challenged in the courts? Absolutely.
The next question they would need to figure out an answer for is where it stops. Can they force you to take Statins? How about Blood Pressure meds? How about medicine that forces your body to start menstruating? Can they forcefully sterilize you? How about forceful amputation? Can they go beyond medicine and force you to eat GMO foods? Or how about foods that you’re allergic to? Where is the line because there certainly has to be one.
There is no where in the constitution or the bill of rights where the federal government is given the power to make these decisions on our behalf or for our own good. Finding otherwise is embracing tyranny.
Unfortunately, this bigwiggary goes back to the Founding era where many laid the foundations of the deep state. The Constitution itself was a Federal power grab, in part because of the inability of the feds to take on rural protesters.
A lot of it has to with who they are going to to get their information. Is there anything that Fauci hasn’t gotten wrong or lied about by omission?
