They still don’t have access to the video from the capital. What makes them think the same judge who refused them access to that video will allow them to subpoena anyone? This is DC, the constitution is ignored there. Just look at how long they can hold people without due process on nothing more then trespassing.
If they get screwed at the trial level they are at least setting up a good record, and great stategy, for appeal. That’s all you can do. I think this is great lawyering at the trial level.
Epps will never be allowed to testify. Charges will be quietly dismissed or Epps will be Epstein’d.
What about the Tower guy who was on the scaffold shouting out directions in a bullhorn.

It anymore. It's all falling apart all around them and they know it. This was their only chance to get to Trump, and the dyke is crumbing big and fast. Notice all the Subpoena requests are losing steam? The Whitmer kidnapping plot appears to be the same identical setup as Jan 6th, with all the feds seeming to have set people up. No one in the public is buying this crap anymore.
