I wonder if they have/had a false flag involving radioactivity in mind.
That's a problem for obvious reasons, but the panic plus the inability of the public to detect radioactivity means they can simply state a group was detained following a conventional explosion and who could refute them. The area (MAGA rally building) could be roped off for 'contaminants' with staff in hazard suits and all that we'd have, once again, is the word of 'officials' that they were contaminated.

It didn’t even make it to the registry of officially submitted bills, much less clear committee.
It will never become law, even in this single state.
Because the Governor has all those powers anyway under emergency declaration. As does every governor in every state.
So, whoever wrote up this BS fake law did so to scare stupid people. Because everyone else knows these powers are general powers every governor wields.

It’s a bill they intended to implement in 2021-2022, that’s why it was revised. If the ‘narrative’ regains control with fake Omicron, Delicron and the other, this bill will be implemented as law, after hasty rubber stamping.

The bill was originally proposed back in 2015 in case of arrival of people who carried Ebola. It was never ratified, and automatically came up every six months since for a vote. The sponsor of the bill has withdrawn it from the calendar. No longer on the agenda or up for a vote. End of story.

I have the text of the bill amended for 2021/2022, proof that it was present on the schedule as of Dec 2021, a curious example of it being recently scrubbed from the internet, an example of public reaction to it being pulled in December (relief), I have the draconian history of NY's comportment throughout the plandemic, and I have Australia and Canada who have already tread this path before we did.
You, on the otherhand, have baseless assertion. You're saying that it was a non issue from 2015 when it's been amended a few times, most lately for 2021/2022 and is on the schedule.
