Skip to the lower half of this thread post to read 4 pages of the bill amended for NYS's 2021-2022 session. I provide hi-lights (e.g., forcible 'vaccination', indefinite detention, dictatorial power) and below it, the images of the 4-page bill.
I stumbled onto this NY bill after I posted the following thread to Free Republic.
The article I posted received the following comment.

The bill was originally proposed back in 2015 in case of arrival of people who carried Ebola. It was never ratified, and automatically came up every six months since for a vote. The sponsor of the bill has withdrawn it from the calendar. No longer on the agenda or up for a vote. End of story.
ransomnote: I searched the web and find it odd that links which indicate the bill is current as of Dec 2021 are deleted. Some references to the bill having been active in December 2021 are still around. For this reason, you may want to download a copy of the 2021-2022 amended bill before it, too is deleted.

Normally such documents leave a long trail of dusty history but I had to use the Wayback Machine (internet archive) to find otherwise deleted information about a bill active as of Dec 2021.

Those in America utilizing the Covid 'narrative' for communist overthrow were reaching for the brass ring; how our totalitarians must pine to catch up with Australia. Note that America's oligarchs refer to Covid concentration camps as 'shielding stations', and that they don't (publicly) refer to forcible vaccination at all.
Now that the 'narrative' is falling, our oppressors are rewriting history, again, just like they redefined the words gene therapy to become 'vaccine', and healthy to become 'asymptomatic.'
Note the bill was present in 2015-2016. I suspect that Hillary Clinton was supposed to usher in the Plandemic. She would not have resisted the urge to use this bill as it, "Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health."
Note the 2021/2022 bill was to give them the power to remove to a camp if they even you if you a positive test (cases); remove your friends, family and co-workers (contacts); and an unknown class (carriers) if the governor (or delegate) declares a public health emergency of any communicable disease, and someone(s) decided you were potentially dangerous.

Note Page 1, line 10, includes text that says they can do this if they even suspect you, your contacts etc. are a risk, based on the governor's opinion.
Page 1, lines 15 - 18 shows they intended to take entire groups to detention camps (e.g., Jan 6 protesters would be deemed communicable?)
Page 2, lines1-30 gives no limit on how long you, the group you were found with or your family can be detained. Line's 31 - 33 appear to refer to keeping you in solitary confinement.
Page 2, lines 34 through 50 gives you the right to be 'heard' by your jailers.
Page 2 lines 51 through 55 explain that detaining individuals or groups for longer than an initial 60 days will require a court order, which must be reviewed every 90 days.
Page 3 lines 1 through 5 say that your regime must go through the hassle of documenting WHY they are incarcerating (my word, ot theirs) or continuing to incarcerate you or your group (MAGA, problem solved).
Page 3 lines 6 - 10 say that they have to give each individual a copy of their detention order unless there's so many people in the group detained that this would be impractical, in which they can just post a notice in a location accessible to the group.
Page 3 lines 13 - 53 detail terms justifying your detention, including text that says they will try, as much as it is feasible, to provide access to a lawyer to individual or groups (you aren't guaranteed any phone calls to lawyers or friends to tell them you or your group has been detained- the wardens decide with whom you speak).
Page 3 lines 29 through 34 seem to be collecting information on your family and friends so they can be captured and jailed too.
Page 3 lines 54 and 55 through page 4 lines 1 and 2 specify that the detained will not be disorderly or try to leave the facility.
Page 4 lines 3 and 5 - interpreters supplied as needed for the hearing/vision disabled or those who don't speak/read English.
Page 4 lines 6 & 7 are probably not good news (a reference to NY health code) but I didn't look it up, maybe it's just technical requirements.
Page 4 lines 10 through 13 opens the door to the governor freely creating dictates for others to follow, making her a dictator and leaving the Constitution in the garbage.
Page 4 lines 24 through 27 gives the govenor the power to require mandatory vaccinations and/or monitored treatments she deems best. Surrounding text grants the governor the right to require you to have a medical exam and be tested.
Page 4 lines 35 through 37 says that the NYC governor or delegate would have to get New York's corrupt court system to provide a court order before forcibly administering medication. Don't you feel better?
The last few lines of page 4 are legalese describing implementation.
This, ladies in gentlemen, is the template that will be utilized nationwide if the Deep State ever regains control of the Plandemic 'narrative'.
It's not over yet. This is what our totalitarians want and will be actively working to bring it about. It's not just intended for Australia, or Canada. Those countries are just further along the path our domestic enemies have been working to keep us on. It's not just New York State. We cannot let them regain control of the murderous Plandemic 'narrative' ever again.

No FRiend, that bill was as real as a heart attack. Introduced in 2015, as you say. Inexplicably re-introduced year, after year, after year. Ebola was a long time ago.
It was pulled back just a couple weeks ago... after someone shined a light on it.
We should be looking at things like this. Why are you trying to draw attention from it?
It was only gone once someone noticed it. Why do you feel so strongly that we should not notice this and discuss it?
There are hundreds of proposed laws. This never even got out of committee. It’s junk.

And when people started looking, they pulled it quick. They didn’t pull it anytime before... and they had years to do it (2015-2021).But they sure did when it got a little attention.
What if this bill was sitting there waiting in the wings and something a little “scarier” than the ‘Rona came along?
I have found that whenever a crowd blows in calling someone kooks and conspiracy theorists... better take a closer look at the info presented.
This answer is not satisfactory, because there are not hundreds of proposed bills that would implement concentration camps.
That’s why it’s getting attention.
Of course the bill was real. There is no dispute about that. It was intended for quarantine of Ebola carriers, but the sponsor admitted it *could* be construed to quarantine Covid patients,and he withdrew it. The point is, it is *no longer* up for a vote.
If you want to draw attention to this dead bill, that’s fine by me, but be honest about it and say it has been stricken. One would think you’d want to shout it from the rooftops that it’s dead, ding dong the wicked bill is dead.
Is there a lesson to be learned from said bill? Yes, be careful what you rush enact when something like Ebola comes knocking. No one would have minded if a few people exposed to Ebola were forcibly quarantined if they refused to do so voluntarily. Forcible quarantine for Covid? We the People would very much mind. The good news is, even the NY legislature had better sense than to enact such a measure. Perhaps if the bill had specified that it only applied to Ebola it might have been passed ... but, on the other hand, that might set a worrisome precedent.
These are issues very much worth discussing.

The dead “concentration camp” bill is still listed there (because it is an old list) but if the other bills are still up for vote, they need attention. I am horrified at them, and if I lived in NY, I’d be all over my state reps protesting them.

You take issue with it being referred to as a concentration camp? What should we call it when you concentrate people with certain attributes in one facility?

I have got a number of pings about this from various threads, and, as I was replying from my pings page, did not notice this was a new thread she had posted, as the titles are similar. It would have helped if she had pinged me saying she had posted *another, corrected* thread (and would have been proper ettiquette, too, as I am mentioned in the text of this one), but I am not complaining will take responsibility for my error.
The first posting from The Daily Expose was false and misleading. This one I have no problem with. I don’t share *all* her opinions, but she presents them as her opinions and she should be free to express them here, as we all are.

Why don’t you want conservatives to know about it? WHy did you stop scrolling to try to distract from it? People should know what’s in it - those trying to crush us will use it as soon as they can. “It never went anyplace?” except they amended the bill for 2021-2022 and were about to vote on it in January. Are you that gullible?

Wrong. This is the first article about the bill I posted. Your tireless protection of those who are trying to force this kind of content into law continues.
I posted this and THEN I saw the Expose article and I realized I can't take your word for it, nor that of those saying 'it's been withdrawn!" that is has been withdrawn in any meaningful sense. It can be back on the table tomorrow.
The Daily Expose is likely more accurate in that the bill is still valid for consideration as soon as anyone decides to schedule it. I don't know, and I don't know how to find out. So both articles are up for consideration.
Have you no idea just how conspicuous you and others are being about this content? You are determined to create false impressions about this like careers are at stake.

The Daily Expose piece was incorrect in that it stated the bill is still up for vote on Jan. 5. It is not. It was withdrawn by its sponsor and stricken on Dec. 22:
