As a retired NYPD street cop I can tell you the cops will “go dead” on him and he should know this as a retired NYPD captain. Summons? What summons? Did you hear that smashed window partner? Yeah, let’s drive the other way. The city will sink further into a pit with this fool at the wheeel.
This, btw, is exactly how the radical left thinks and why they can sleep so well at night. They have already purged the police of patriots and those that remain are cowards that are complicit and maybe even supportive of the totalitarianism they are enforcing. Think about that for a moment.
