People notice when they see the price of their fill up as it is a separate charge each time. You just pay your electric bill each month and generally don’t question if it falls within a normal range for that time of year.

One of the drawbacks for me is that I like to explore when I’m on a road trip. Where does this road go? What unique sights will I see. With a EV, it seems to me, at first you’ll be tethered to the major highways and constantly planning for the next “fill up”.

From the solar panels and huge windmill that will be required to be erected in every homeowner’s yard and roof. Those living in apartment will just have to run an extension cord from one of their electrical outlets to their car(s).
