Just reading this on a Twitter thread (see link for document), the Alberta (Canada) Health System is asking (begging?) the 1400 doctors and nurses they dismissed because of vaccine refusal to return - but they will be forced to be tested frequently.
Meaning they will have a swab shoved up their nose at the start of every shift. Lovely.
And pay for it out of their own pockets.
Why would they return when they have other, better jobs?
Bunglers are everywhere.
Good luck with that schizophrenic behavior. Stick a knife in your empoyee’s back and then ask them to come pull your ass out of Satan’s firepit one more time. Jezz, they have no shame whatsoever.

It doesn’t seem like it’s a very big incentive to come back to work.
What does it say to the safety and efficacy of the vaccines when so many medical professionals are willing to lose their jobs not to take it?
My guess is a large percentage of those individuals will accept the offer to come back. It really doesn’t matter whether it’s right or wrong to them, the inconvenience and hardship they may have to endure trying to find a similar position, like having to move to another city or state, will make that decision for them. Doesn’t mean it’s right what the healthcare group did, but I believe pragmatism will rule the day for most of those that were let go.

This would be like someone throwing a spouse out on the street and then asking them to come back so they can have occasional sex with them until someone new comes along.
I’d come back, steal whatever I felt like, and wipe their servers…

Could it be done by taking their temperature? And shouldn’t this be required of the vaxxed, as well, considering the low efficacy of the vax?

IF There was a $25000 bonus to return, I’d take it..then quit in January after cashing the check. But NONE that I can see.
My experience, that usually doesn’t work well. Maybe doctors and nurses are a different breed.
The cloth and tissue masks, the vaccines, and even the frequent testing, are useless in the face of what must be done. Taking precautions like a high enough zinc compound that provides at least 50 mg of zinc ion daily, plus a zinc ionophore like Vitamin D3, quercetin, or even hydroxychloroquine, assures the coronavirus of WHATEVER variety, never gets a foothold in the nasal passages, frequent washing of hands, and judicious use of ozone generators in unoccupied room with closed doors, or UV-C lights switched on in unoccupied rooms, does much to dissipate the presence of the COVID-19 Wuhan virus. The virus is not eliminated, by any means, but it can get made mighty scarce. Add to that fresh air and sunshine, and it is back to business as before, no lockdowns, no mandates, and no penalties issued in hysteria.
If vaxxed employees are becoming superspreaders, bring back unvaxxed employees ain’t gonna help much.
