When Long Island resident Crista LaRock’s sister tested positive for COVID-19, the obvious answer may have been to un-invite her from the family’s Christmas dinner at their New Hyde Park home.
Instead, though, the relatives came up with a more creative solution: keep her encased in a closet-sized clear plastic bubble at the head of the table for the entirety of the feast.
Speaking of the Rona....
testing commences for us neer’do’wells at work next week. They are sending out some sort of a test kit that we can use. I have no idea of how the process will work, but for now, the employer is paying for the kits.
The vaxxed have no such test, despite them being as susceptible to getting and spreading the Rona as the rest of us.
The test is a mystery until it is delivered to my house, hopefully in an inconspicuous package. Although frankly, I don’t care if my mail carrier knows that I’m unjabbed or not. I kind of think that she’s unjabbed too.

While I think these laws are needed - specifically Voter ID, they are not a safeguard. We have laws now, that if they were the safeguard they are supposed to be, the steal wouldn’t/couldn’t have happened.
If the laws are not enforced TO THE MAX, EACH AND EVERY TIME, they mean nothing and we can have as many laws as we want. Steals will continue and we’re just another 3rd world banana repbulic.
If 2020 isn’t prosecuted, we’re just peeing into the wind and telling ourselves it’s raining.

Voter ID laws are just one piece of the puzzle. We need a way to secure the vote from the time the ballot is legally cast until it is counted, with preservation of ALL data on paper in case of a breach.
And believe me (I’m preaching to the choir here), this election was nothing if it wasn’t one HUGE series of breaches, from suitcases of ballots under the desk to repeated scanning of the same ballots to people filling out and casting fraudulent ballots after the poll watchers were gone, to the huge electronic fraud that took place after midnight on Nov 4.
The election was a complete fraud and people need to be publicly hanged for it, no other way around it.

I would have gone for a gin-n-tonic. Most probably heavy on the gin.
When this Covid started in January, 2020 or so, the entire procedure was altered. The Anesthesiologists would arrive and they were by order compelled to Gown Up in a fashion that I had never seen before. It was all very orderly. Gloves put on a certain way, the double masks, the gowns, second pair of gloves, the visors. It was all very Military seeming to me. Decloaking was equally formalized. Meanwhile the Patient needing to be intubated was desaturating with tachycardia, hypertensive or hypotensive, and not yet truly sedated. It was scary stuff I am certain if they were at all alert.
I had to do it as well. After a while we got used to it because we were doing it a couple dozen times every shift at least.
In short order, the Doctors were no longer going into the rooms of positive or suspected Covid Patients. They were Rounding ‘OUTSIDE OF THE ROOMS.’ The few times that Physicians went into the isolated rooms it was for intubation, Codes, or bedside procedures.
Additionally, they were tweaking ventilator settings like crazy. Minute changes Rates, volumes, pressures, medications, whatever. The Doctors rarely went into the rooms with these ‘victims.’
So then who was going into the rooms? Well most ICU Nurses have a single Patient. So they were in there quite frequently. Most Respiratory Therapists had at least a dozen Patients, each had to be checked up close at least twice a shift. Ordinarily it was 3 times per shift. So then each ventilator change ordered was done by the RT, and they were guessing all day long, usually guessing wrong I felt. So the situation becomes that the RTs are working their asses off, non stop, all day.
I personally burned out, and left. I literally was unable to do the work. Since I left, 9 others have left (that I know about.) Now they are desperate. The mandatory vaccines did not help the situation. They have given good raises, bonuses, but nobody is applying for those jobs. The staffing is completely bare bones.
I have a friend who quit, then took another job not too far away. I do not know the conditions there but I have friends who work there. This friend of mine is earning more than $265,000. That is good money for a non travel position. I do not know the details, regarding any contract, but because of the mandates, I would not consider it at all.
People do not appreciate just what RTs do, but any Patient who travels to say CT Scan, MRI, Cardiac Cath Lab must have an RT with them. RTs are constantly in the Trauma Rooms. It is very demanding work, and they see a lot of things, particularly the competence of Nurses and Physicians. They go everywhere in the hospital where Patients are found.
This annoys me. They lump all boroughs together and most think of Manhattan. Most of the cases are in Bronx, Brooklyn or Queens. Big difference.
Oh it’s a recluse. They are very common here. Old timers used to put crickets or lizards in their closets to eat them. The good thing is that unless you are cleaning out a closet you don’t have to worry too much about them because they hide. I keep those sticky flea traps with lights out all the time just in case. Having one in the car is a first.
My brother-in-law almost lost a hand from a bite from one. He was into junk/flea market sales and kept a garage full of junk to sell. He was sorting through some clothes and one bit him on the thumb. His thumb turned black and it took several surgeries and skin grafts but he kept his hand.

Lord,
Thank you for having the Grace, to forgive me my sins, and for the blessing of allowing me to live in THESE times, and bear witness to this titanic struggle between you and the evil one, between your warriors, and the forces aligned to enslave humanity.
I pray for our country, and for the World, and know that we are secure in your hands.
I am content, at peace knowing that YOU are “in charge”, and that with you, ALL is possible, and without you NOTHING is possible.
Please lift the burden of despondency, which afflicts so many, Lord. Let them see thru the lies of the father of lies, and understand that distorting perceptions, to make them THINK he is winning, is simply one of his deceptions.
Make all of his minions stumble, grumble, fumble and ultimately fail, and their feeble attempts to achieve dominion over the earth, to come to naught.
Bless President Trump, his family, ALL warriors, and F/Treepers. Keep them safe, strong and resolute.

There’s no doubt the Dozzier got modified along the way to adapt to Trump’s circumstance. But I recall seeing reporting early on, when it first came into public discussion, that it had been adapted from an old spy novel. And it sounded a lot like some of the short stories my fourth grade classmates put together in our first writing assignment.
And I still think it was Nellie Orr who did the adapting——she’s the only person in this whole cabal with writing skills——that was her job w/cia.
If you apply, or have doc apply or prescribe, a shaped piece of a nitroglycerin patch around a recluse bite relatively soon after it occurs it reduces it to just itchy bite. Earlier is better, but works even after it starts getting ugly.
The mechanism that causes the necrosis is a fraction of the venom that causes vasoconstriction and this isolates the area from blood flow which would just dilute and move the bulk out to the liver and other cleaning organs. Putting the patch on dilates the vessels and short circuits the envenomation.
