Apparently Covid is transmitted over Ethernet cables now.

The way they are acting, at this point, I think they are just trolling us.

My wife works remotely for a company in California who, for maintaining the luxury of her employment, shall remain nameless. In 13 years there, she’s actually face-to-faced with 1 US based coworker, and that was on a business trip. They are sticking hard and fast to get-jabbed-or-get-fired because of Joe & the Ho’s federal sub-contractor XO. Her exemption for medical expires in a month or so...I’m praying the 9 allegedly wise men & women get their **** together and strike down this lunacy.
Stupidity is contagious, you can get it from Washington, DC. This is about the worse stupidity that I have ever read about.
In the course of the interview, it came out that sports stars who come to town are exempt. Being the geek I am, I found the source document and, sure enough, apparently the virus is so wicked smaaaht that it avoids sports and rock stars - and their retinue:
2. The following individuals are exempted from this Order, and therefore may enter a covered premises without displaying proof of vaccination, provided that such individuals wear a face mask at all times:
b. A performing artist not regularly employed by the covered entity while they are in a covered premises for purposes of performing;
c. A professional athlete/sports team who enters a covered premises as part of their regular employment for purposes of competing; and
d. An individual accompanying a performing artist or professional athlete/sports team into a covered premises as part of their regular employment so long as the performing artist or professional athlete/sports team are performing or competing in the covered premises.
In truth, this seems modeled after the NYC mandate, because the Manhattan variant ALSO magically doesn't infect sports and rock stars just passing through.
As Grampa Dave said, these sorts of things demonstrate that none of this, is about health.
These labels are on hammers. Do they really have a tendency to eat hammers out there?
Mitigation of liability.
They’re catching COVID, of course. Everything’s COVID.
Any employer claiming you need a face diaper or the Jim Jones Jab at work to protect yourself and others is also stating that you need to carry a firearm for the same reasons.
Someone needs to make one of those phone camera apps to put a mask on everyone and everything in the room, people, babies, pets, fish in the aquarium, pictures hanging on the wall etc.
There is a complete failure of common sense that is leading to a loss of equal protection under the constitution. I think that was the point.
Put the mask on the camera during video calls.

Since there have been a total of 21 old folks with comorbidities who have died in the past two years with CovidBS-19 in my COUNTY of $20K+, I felt it was important for my own safety to have myself hermetically sealed.
When this is over, clean-up is gonna be a beotch, but I won’t have died from CovidBS-19 or the vax!

I have been asked by one of your employees to ask you to stop requiring unvaxed employees to wear a mask while hundreds of unmasked customers, of which about 20% are probably unvaxed, are allowed on those same business premises.
Unless you cease and desist from irrationally persecuting unvaxed persons who have a religious objection to fetal cell related vaccines, your firm may be subject to further attention from our firm. Such attention will not be a pleasant experience.
