Won’t you be able to collect unemployment if you refuse and they fire you?

Some companies are doing a “Leave Without Pay” strategy. They just stop ending you paychecks. You’re not fired. You didn’t quit. No severance. No unemployment. You’re just in limbo.
I think it’s incredibly malicious and I would be glad to be gone from such a rotten employer.

Won’t you be able to collect unemployment if you refuse and they fire you?Generally, no. Unemployment usually is only available for employees who have been laid off. Not fired for cause. Some states may allow for it, but the vast majority do not.

Nope. Depending on the state they can deny you.

Since the experimental mRNA gene therapies remain in phase three clinical trials for a year and more, present a simple letter saying the employer(s) acknowledges that they requiring participation in an experiment and will accept legal liability for any claims based on the experimental product(s).Have them acknowledge by signature on a receipt of your request, and date it. I suspect many employers will balk at actually signing up for legal liability.
You will have made the effort to comply with a legal request, and they will be documented as accepting legal responsibility.

You won’t get unemployment in Florida, but you may find a job.

Vaccine mandate at job… what to do??Have this little 'discussion' with the folks who are going to fire you:
I have read that the vaccine manufacturers cannot be held liable for anything that causes me harm from the shot.
Do you know if YOU will be held responsible for problems I might have from the shot?
Have YOU been given an assurance that I cannot sue YOU if something goes wrong?
You know that people all the way down the chain of command end up getting sued these days; so, do YOU really have the POWER to fire me?
I hope your homeowner's insurance can cover any of my expenses incurred in the future.
