New York Legislation Provides for Indefinite Detention of Unvaccinated at Governor’s Whim.
On January 5th, 2022, the New York Senate and Assembly will vote on a bill that would, if passed into law, grant permissions to remove and detain cases, contacts, carriers, or anyone suspected of presenting a “significant threat to public health” and remove them from public life on an indefinite basis.
Bill A416 presents a serious risk to the basic liberties of all Americans in the state of New York, including their right to choose whether or not to receive medical treatment and vaccinations related to thus far undetermined contagious diseases.
The bill gives the Governor of New York, his or her delegates – including but not limited to the commissioner and heads of local health departments – the right to remove and detain any individuals or groups of people through issuing a single order. The orders only have to include the individual’s name(s) or “reasonably specific descriptions of the individuals or groups.”

35 vision two of this section for a period not exceeding three business
36 days, such person or member of such group shall, upon request, be
37 afforded an opportunity to be heard. If a person or group detained
38 pursuant to subdivision two of this section needs to be detained beyond
39 three business days, they shall be provided with an additional commis-
40 sioner's order pursuant to subdivisions two and eight of this section.
They detain the person on the governor's single order, and then they are "afforded the opportunity to be heard?" How long will it take to be heard? Will they be heard before or after being detained? Who will hear them? What are the possible outcomes from being heard?
14th amendment:
1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Every Democrat elected to a state office immediately starts working on ceding power back to the Federal level - usually in return for some sort of payoff in Federal dollars that they can subsequently take credit for with their voters.
It's hard to find any state-level representative - (D) or (R) willing to tell Washington: Forget it - we don't want your damned bribe money. The opponent immediately runs ads about how that candidate "Abandoned the state's most vulnerable citizens", and the opponent will "Take steps to secure critical funding to meet our state's needs."
I don't know we can teach voters that Federal funds are a trap for their states. They don't want to believe it.

Also, emphasizing that I am not medically trained, noting that you can find people in Florida and Texas with vitamin D deficiency, if you live above latitude 37°N, the southern border of Kansas for example, vitamin D3 deficiency is probably a health concern between wintery months of October to February. Consult a professional doctor that you trust about vitamin D3.
Finally, I question if medical history would have turned out better if vitamin D3 had been discovered before vaccines were.
