Boeing has decided due to the US District Court halt of the mandate and due to State level bans on mandates to drop the covid-19 mandate for US employees.
Boeing posted this decision to their internal employee newsletter Boeing News Now.
Lockheed Martin, aka Stark Industries, just did this yesterday. Of course this was after the threat of firing got 98% of employees to get the shot.
Big!
I didn’t heat about LM, so that’s great news too!
It was always about the threat of the mandate, never the actual mandate - t o get every employee to get the jab
Every victory counts.
I agree. Seems pretty obvious at this point.
I’m the only unvaxxed salary employee at my RTX division location.
We are going to start weekly testing of the “unvaxxed” Jan 3.
What about testing the vaxxed? Nope, not required.
The people that haven’t had covid, should be the one’s tested.
Everyone who did this under duress should be compensated.
“Of course this was after the threat of firing got 98% of employees to get the shot”
Isn’t that something?
There’s one thing for sure about these little tested experimental treatments..........once you get one, you can’t un-get it.
Absolutely and especially if the got Moderna or J&J which somehow satisfies the Federal EO. You could argue for years about Comirnaty vs EUA and if they are the same (which I don't believe for a minute) but there is no way that one could argue being forced to get a bona-fide EUA (Moderna or J&J) doesn't go against the legal protection of you cannot be forced to receive an EUA.
My son works at LM.
He got a religious exemption. His boss has been very cooperative and understanding...
His boss has had a bad reaction to the jabs, and his future is in jeopardy. Chronic fatigue, heart problems. Pray for him.
Another co-worker left to join a startup company for more money and no uncertainty about the future status of the shots. He too had an exemption. He made it perfectly clear his leaving was based upon Covid...
These are hard to replace specialists...
Retired from there in 2015. Glad someone there has reclaimed sanity.
They got compensated by not being fired.
These companies such as Boeing are going to desperately seek out purebloods to offset the healthcare costs of employees who got the Jim Jones Jab; myocarditis, pericarditis, strokes, blood clots, enlarged hearts, blindness caused by strokes*, etc.

People should not be tested unless they want to be tested.
Hard to build stuff without employees, eh? Nimrods...
I turned in a Relious exemption, too, but the Religion I put was “Science” and I cited a study puplished in the New England Journal of Medicine among other things as the “religious text” that was the “Basis of my beliefs”.
The weekly testing option is the “opt out” for the unvaxxed. but I’m counting on most fully vaccinated people without natural immunity to eventually get the Virus and for somebody in charge to say “This is stupid”.
I’ve made myself very hard to replace, so I’m pretty sure I’m not going anywhere. I’m there for the hourly guys (over 1/2 are minorities) that don’t want to get the vaccine for medical/religous reasons. I’m not getting it for “slippery Slope/Freedom” reasons.
I give it to March before the mandate goes away completely (after they double down in January, because Democrats ALWAYS Double down).
Very good news! Let’s hope more employers in WA follow Boeing.
