Do you recognize Communism when you see it?

It's being brought in to the United States and I fear the younger generation will not recognize it and accept it.

An inch at a time... brick by brick... we are being controlled... we are being programmed to accept one mandate ... then another.. and we lose our freedoms with ever communistic act.

The democrats are good at control. They do not like conservatives and Christians.. we are not so easily controlled. They have had free reign to do whatever they want and to continue to dig deeper into our freedoms.

Do you recognize what they are doing?

Can we talk? Can we pass on to all who read this, what it looks like and what it feels like... and give it a name.

My brother lives in El Paso and has for most of his adult lite.

He knows the culture and the people. It isn’t a safe place .. has not been for a long time. They live a careful life.. careful going out and coming in.

When I see those invading our borders... I hate it... there are laws and when they are thrown aside, we have problems.

The justice in our land has gone to hill in a handbasket. they let them come in with whatever diseases they have and we are mandated to wear masks and get vax after vax.

I want one more Trump era...

I remember being taught in school that the basic unit of society was: the family. That was a lifetime ago.

They destroyed the patriarch by feminizing him. Commercials went whole hog on making the man the stay at home laundry, tv, etc. Women became the ‘boss’ and women are nasty when in control..
men were made by God to be the head and gave him the mind that worked things out. did not panic.. and held the family together.

He gave the woman the heart to nurture... and to balance the relationship and the home.

It sure did get out of whack.
WWII, women went to work replacing the men who were in the war... they just kept working and 2 paychecks bought more things.. kids did not have anyone home with them.

I am not Catholic but the Catholic leaders...including the Pope.. is messing with loyal Catholics.. where do they go when their top is wrong and against America.

I recall in the 70s in our small town, homosexuality was not accepted. A teacher was fired... and if one became that life, they moved out of the small town.

Today it is accepted and encouraged in and among the youth.

All of it leads to destruction and hurt and death...

I have a couple of stories I’d like to do on here... but will not.. but a life that is doomed can change and be whole again... they don’t have to live in their mess.

I look at the youth today ... even the churches are going the world route... and the youth are in trouble.

At the beginning of the crazy virus craze, I posted on FR a 70-minute video of Klaus Schwab speaking from Davos about The Great Reset. Found it on Mercola.com. It was soon wiped from the Net. Mercola occasionally puts it up again for 24 hours and takes it down again.

Your link is more reasoned, and is newer too. Horrifying. I’m glad I don’t have grandchildren. No one should live in a world run by these monsters.

I went to a women’s lib group ‘way back when it started. Was at a private home in pricey suburb filled with well-dressed women. I wasn’t quite as well dressed. There were also two apparent lesbians there, college professors. We went around the room and said what we wanted from Women’s Lib. All of the wealthy women wanted frivolous things, like a divorce with lots of money so they could do what they pleased.

I said I worked for a living and wanted equal pay for equal work. I like men, but thought the system was unfair. And so did some of the men I knew.

After the meeting, the two lesbian professors came up to me and told me I was the only woman there who made any sense.

So, really, who were the evil people there?

You have a real mishmash of issues there.

For each issue, ask yourself, does this result in the government owning the means of production. If it doesn’t then it is not either the economic definition or the political definition of communism. It might be totalitarianism, or it might just be something fully allowed by democracy and you just don’t like. Definitions at the end.

• The major threat to Democracy in what you listed is “overturning elections” whatever you meant by that. Fair, free, honest, transparent elections are critical to democracy. If sufficient controls to prevent cheating are not in place, if courts won’t adequately review elections, and if legislatures won’t order election audits, then our democracy is at serious risk of becoming totalitarian, ruled by a single party or perhaps a uniparty (single party masquerading as two) that never relinquishes control to true representatives of the people. I’m optimistic that some audits are being done and more will be in the future. My ruling "could lead to TOTALITARIANISM"
• A less major threat to democracy is “making anything law”. I assume you mean Governors, mayors and health departments declaring mandates in the name of public health. Well, in most cases, our duly elected legislatures delegated that authority. And where they didn’t sufficiently delegate authority, most court challenges to these mandates have been upheld and the mandates struck down accordingly. So my ruling “NOT COMMUNISM”. You may not like that elected legislatures gave that authority or that the governors used it. But the checks and balances in the rule of law seem to be holding. • Taking those the gov disagrees with prisoner and leaving them there. (Political prosecutions are indeed a hallmark of Totalitarian systems, not just communist ones. And we’ve had a surprising number of political prosecutions recently.) My ruling “TOTALITARIAN NOT COMMUNISM”

I’m more concerned about police seizures of cash without probably cause than I am about eminent domain. My ruling NOT COMMUNISM.
• causing families to have no jobs if they do not obey the made up mandate (Again these mandates were authorized by legislation passed by duly elected legislatures, and they remain subject to the review and repeal by the legislatures. My ruling “NOT COMMUNISM”)
• .. and the many who obeyed. (Sorry, law abiding citizens are not communism even if they obey a mandate that you don’t like. My ruling “NOT COMMUNISM”) the threats I am hearing.. (I’m not going to guess what threats you’ve heard. My ruling Possible Bullying but not Communism).

Definitions:

1. A Communist Economic system government owns the means of production.
2. A Communist Political system is a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state-owned means of production
3. Totalitarianism is a form of government and a political system that prohibits all opposition parties, outlaws individual opposition to the state and its claims, and exercises an extremely high degree of control over public and private life.
