When the Implacable Men come calling, it is long past too late.
I suspect even folks who just want to be left alone will tolerate anything as long as they can continue to be fattest, most passively entertained and comfortable in history as it happens to them.
Our poorest people are the most likely to be obese, unprecedented in all of history. Seems like not enough is made of this. I think we are much closer to something like Brave New World than 1984.
