Ten cases out of 3200 people isn't "completely ineffective." Perusal of a Summary of COVID19 outbreaks on cruise ships reveals about 700 cases out of about 2700 passengers on Diamond Princess in early 2020, and many other smaller episodes but with infection rates higher than Norwegian Breakaway.
This doesn't mean the shots are long-run net positive elixirs. But some honesty is appreciated.

How many of these breakthrough cases were among the elderly? The elderly have weaker immune systems because of a multitude of physical conditions and treatments. An immune system primed from the vaccine does no good if it no longer functions enough to fight the virus. I wonder how many of them die on board these cruise ships because of their conditions? Even though they are totally vaccinated, how many of them are easy targets for the COVID virus?
A cruise where you stay in your room the whole time. Better have a window.
If 100% are “fully vaccinated” no one should be suffering any symptoms at all.
It also shows the fallacy of testing as you need a negative test within 72 hours of boarding the cruise ship on top of vax proof and a temperature test upon boarding.
I wonder if the cruise junkie entropy guy knows this. I’d copy him on this but can’t recall his exact handle. He believes that cruises with 100% vaccinated are 100% safe.

an outbreak is a sudden increase in occurrences of a disease when cases are in excess of
normal expectancy
( normal like everyone vaxed expected to not get sick )
for the location or season. It may affect a small and localized group
( like 10 on a boat )
or impact upon thousands of people across an entire continent
