JOSH Duggar has been accused of downloading horrific child abuse images and videos.
It was revealed during Thursday's trial hearing that one file name found on his HP desktop computer is of a video of a "three-month-old being sexually abused and tortured."

During day two of trial in Josh's child pornography case, the jury was shown disturbing images and videos prosecutors claim were found on the 33-year-old's computer.
A folder of child pornography was found in a cache folder in the downloads section on the computer.
Prosecution explained that the account linked to this computer has Josh’s name and address.
One folder contained 65 thumbnail files, which is where the child pornography was found.
While some of the files were attempted to be downloaded onto the computer, prosecutors did not offer direct proof that the videos and images were successfully downloaded and watched by Josh.

Methinks it's time for the State of Arkansas to send a court order for CPS to come in and talk to Josh's children.

Actually you an deny CPS entry to your home and to talk to your kids, but if the courts send them then you can’t. The courts need to send them in.

I have no knowledge or opinion of Josh Duggar’s pedophilia or child porn predilection, but just like manipulation of digital images, audio, etc, I am naturally skeptical of damaging evidence “found” on someone’s computer. Given the skill of hackers and the resources of government, it would be a trivial exercise to plant it there.

I haven’t kept up on this case but anything to do with computers can be compromised by the government.

The lesson here is to take the plea, if you are guilty of far worse things that will get you a much longer sentence.

IMO It’s a screwed up family to begin with....but this Josh dude isn’t exactly not guilty as I see it. Lots of evidence against him.
Plus, didn’t the sisters say he molested some of them. Jill, I think, which makes me believe her husband wasn’t there supporting him, as the article says.
I believe Jill is due to testify tomorrow.
Where there’s smoke there’s fire, as is said. I just don’t buy this families innocence they so often claim.
If it can be shown forensically that this damaging material was planted, then maybe in can be shown forensically that the planters committed the egregiously lewd acts in fabrication of evidence. We have a compromised DOJ, a gullible public, a derelict media, and technology to create fantasy worlds. What could go wrong?
