Having been a party to many sidebars, most have a physical barrier at least waist high separating judge and lawyers. Not true here? Hard to physically threaten an attorney with a barrier in between.
Calling for a mistrial when the judge berates you for misconduct shows the desperation.

Another thing that made me crack up about this guy is after the fake attack, he went back to his apartment and called the cops and the cops said when they first saw him, he had string around his neck, like kite string and that was suppose to be the “noose”.
