CHICAGO — Jussie Smollett’s defense team unleashed a brutal cross-examination of the prosecution’s star witness Thursday, alleging the pair were dating, had masturbated together at a gay bathhouse and the attack was fueled by a desire to be the actor’s security guard.
Abimbola Osundairo, 28, sat on the witness stand for a second day in a row at Chicago criminal court and was grilled for two hours by Smollett’s defense attorney Shay Allen on day four of the trial.
Allen tried to paint Osundairo as a liar, drug dealer and opportunist who used his relationship with Smollett to further his career and told the star he’d make this “all go away” and not testify if he paid him and his brother, Olabinjo, $1 million each.
“You told him if he gave you and your brother a million dollars each, you wouldn’t testify?” Allen asked Osundairo, who responded, “No.”
At the start of the cross-examination, Allen tried to make the claim that Smollett and Osundairo had a sexual relationship together by suddenly asking when he and the actor started dating.
“We were never dating,” said Osundairo, wearing a white button-down shirt, black vest and leather jacket with a popped collar.
From across the room, Smollett, dressed in a black suit, averted his gaze.

Creeping out the jury is always a good strategy.
As an actual trial lawyer, not sure how painting the co-conspirator as a gay lover seeking favorable treatment from Smell-ay - who thus would be much more amenable to engaging in questionable behavior in order to please his lover and get a job - impeaches his testimony. Quite the opposite.

He needs to go to prison for wasting the commuinity’s resources and for inflaming racism.
At the very least Smollett needs to be in a mental institution.
So...Juicy Smollet claims he chased his ex-lover into MAGA and that the guy turned Caucasian before coming back and beating Smollet up?
So what does that make Jessy? …and from this, what can be surmised?
It doesn’t matter what the witness did before the hoax was perpetrated. What matters is did Juicy Smellet plan and carry out that hoax. The 3 of them all need to go to jail for conspiracy to defraud.

I’m not sure. Sounds like it would make a better TV drama than “Empire”.
Disgruntled or not that video of the practice run is damning. His race hoax could have caused lots of damage, and likely did in that some find it hard to give up on a lie. MSM and their democRAT overlords love to fearmonger and terrorize. I read an article over at NewsBusters on their latest attempt, “Unfunny ‘Satire’: WashPost Imagines Women as Men’s Property if Roe Overturned”, so give that a look. All that would happen is blue states pass laws to allow it and pile up the corpses, while red states have healthy happy babies instead. Usually people who are legit attacked don’t practice the attack with the attackers. And by usually I mean never ever. I hate to say it, but thank God for surveillance cameras IN THIS INSTANCE.
Well they won’t work in Hollywood again.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and video is worth more than that. Nobody practices a legit race attack.
