What does anyone suggest if the coffee stains the teeth?

Heck - I get my first cup down by 0430, then it’s off to the races....

Okay, I get the two cups minimum. I am more worried about the number of cups maximum. Because two cups just don’t cut the tired anymore these days.

Doesn’t sound preventative, only risk reducing.
BUT that’s good enough for me.

I forget... Was that 2 cups, or 1 cup? And didn’t I just drink a cup and take a pill... Or did I???
Oh well... It’ll all work out eventually.

Now they tell me!
Here I am in my 3rd month of being on the coffee wagon after drinking coffee for 70 of my 88 years...
My doctor spent the last several years telling me to quit for a healthy heart/blood pressure...

Two cups of coffee is a cheap preventative against a serious disease.
It it's proven to be of medicinal use, expect it to become a controlled substance, and then for the prices of coffee to go sky high, and for a coffee black market to ensue, and for coffee cartels to become the norm.
Two cups of coffee many end up costing more than anyone can afford. Coffee growing countries in South America and elsewhere, would reap riches beyond their imagination.

There are MAJOR caveats to such a claim [i.e., Endothelial cell function (ECF)], and the citations in this study, unfortunately, make this yet another example of good money chasing bad science (grants supporting researchers rather than providing tangible improvement to science).
The money quote of idiocy:
“Researchers are yet to determine precisely which constituents of coffee are behind its seemingly positive effects on brain health.”
See below (’researchers’ would have known had they - ironically - done their research):

“The study was unable to differentiate between caffeinated and de-caffeinated coffee, nor the benefits or consequences of how it was prepared (brewing method, the presence of milk and/or sugar etc).”
Good to know! I like my coffee like my women — dark and murky.
