The DOJ is Told to Review Federal Charges for Kyle Rittenhouse After Jury Found Him ‘Not Guilty’ on All Counts

The persecution of Kyle Rittenhouse continues. Even after a jury of his peers found the 18-year-old “not guilty” on all five counts in his high profile case, Democrat leaders are calling on the Department of Justice to intervene in the Rittenhouse case on “civil rights” grounds.

House Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jerry Nadler called on the DOJ to review the Kyle Rittenhouse case for possible federal charges.

This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest. https://t.co/Uh95Uc1Ddo — Rep. Nadler (@RepJerryNadler) November 19, 2021

“This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ,” Rep. Nadler tweeted. “Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest.”

Biden earlier issued a statement indicating that he was “angry and concerned” about the not guilty verdict, but urged people to “express their views peacefully”:

“While the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken. I ran on a promise to bring Americans together because I believe that what unites us is far greater than what divides us. I know that we’re not going to heal our country’s wounds overnight, but I remain steadfast in my commitment to do everything in my power to ensure that every American is treated equally, with fairness and dignity, under the law.”

“I urge everyone to express their views peacefully, consistent with the rule of law. Violence and destruction of property have no place in our democracy. The White House and federal authorities have been in contact with Governor [Tony] Evers’ office to prepare for any outcome in this case, and I have spoken with the governor this afternoon and offered support and any assistance needed to ensure public safety.”

The unpresidential statement is sending mixed messages to Americans and to the radical mob gathered in Kenosha, Wisconsin ready to riot at a moment’s notice. Vice President Kamala Harris’s statement was even more incendiary:

.@VP Harris: "The verdict really speaks for itself. As many of you know, I spent a majority of my career working to make the justice system more equitable, and clearly there is a lot more work to do." pic.twitter.com/GTl72a2Ddc — The Hill (@thehill) November 19, 2021

“The verdict really speaks for itself,” Harris said. “As many of you know, I spent a majority of my career working to make the justice system more equitable, and clearly there is a lot more work to do.”

Kamala Harris actually spent her time as California District Attorney locking people up for victimless crimes that she herself had committed.

Not to be outdone, Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) earlieer called Rittenhouse a “white supremacist domestic terrorist.”

As concerned parents recently learned, the Department of Justice under Attorney General Merrick Garland isn’t afraid to label Americans “domestic terrorists” for purposes of investigation and harrassment. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) also called Rittenhouse a “domestic terrorist.”

The Department of Justice is an entirely corrupt body that is not above persecuting a young man who was just exonerated by a jury of his peers. Former President Obama similarly called on his Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate Officer Darren Wilson after he was cleared of wrongdoing in the Michael Brown shooting case in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014.

It is now 2021 and the Democratic Party is still pushing for race riots — even in cases of clear defense where the so-called victims are white criminals, including a violent pedophile.

Kyle Rittenhouse isn’t guilty of anything the Democrats accuse him of and the radical left simply cannot stand that fact. If the Democrats have to make up bogus “civil rights” violations to further defame the young man, no one should put anything past them.

What about the civil rights of all those people whose businesses were destroyed by BLM rioters, Merrick, you fraud?

What these leftists really want to prosecute isn’t necessarily Kyle but our right to self-defense; prosecuting Kyle is just their way to accomplish it.

When did Nadler condemn Antifa and BLM terrorists for traveling across state lines to engage arson, looting, and vandalism?

The Department of Justice ought to investigate those who are funding and subsidizing Antifa and BLM and paying for these people to travel around the USA and stay in hotels when there are riots scheduled.

After this debacle, a smart lawyer would tell the DOJ, don’t touch this with a ten foot pole. It’s likely the present prosecutors would be called for the defense and made further idiots of.

It’s easier to just claim it was a bad call on the jury’s part and continue with the big lies than to drag more of this into the light of day.

This is one of those news sites that fakes up the news. Nowhere do they even cite any proof of what the DOJ is going to do. Only that Nadler is running his mouth. Not that I would put it past the current DOJ to do something so corrupt. But there is no proof that they are. It is a sensationalist headline with nothing to back it up and way too many people here are gullible enough to fall for it.

Anything that angers the vicious left is a good thing. They don’t care about justice, about principle, about morality, or about pretty much anything except forcing their views and their ideology on everyone who doesn’t agree with them. They are hateful.

The DOJ makes their own law. they will keep investigating until they bankrupt him or wear him down till he agrees to plead guilty to something. Thats what the do!

Poland? Or as one poster suggested a big state with few people in it, such as Idaho or Nort Dakota.
It would be a shame if they had to actually leave the country or ‘go dark’ within our borders.

Maybe they won’t need to.
Everyday, I am quietly surprised that George Zimmerman is still (apparently) alive.
