To convict or acquit, the verdict must be unanimous. A hung jury is a split decision. There might be other decisions a jury can render in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but those are the most impactful.

The defense team wrongly assume that women are going to be more sympathetic to the defense in a self defense case like this, with the threatening mobs of skateboard wielding antifas and BLM “super predators” newly released into society from UltraMax prisons. They were wrong.

The defense has have submitted a motion for mistrial for three outrages of the prosecution:

1. The state raised that the defendant had remained silence after arrested (a constitution right) because he is guilty. This is a super no-no.

2. The state raised an issue the judge had ruled was not to be used (a picture of Kyle in a t-shirt). The Judge was pissed when this was done.

3. The state provide the defense a drone video in lower definition (420 vs 1080) that the defense showed that this was on purpose and not an innocent mistake.

The judge has said that he would not rule on the motions until the jury is done. I think that is a good move by him to let the verdict come in before he rules. If the verdict is guilty or if they are deadlocked he will rule a ‘mistrial w/prejudice’.

They is also the issues of the jury being video and NBC/MSNBC stalking the jury. Trust me, this is a done deal.

My guess is they are waiting until people are less likely to be violent when he gets found not guilty, acquitted, mistrial, etc... Get it closer to Thanksgiving when most people will be with their families.

I would not be surprised if we hear about it early Saturday morning or early Sunday morning.

There’s video (see my vanity this morning) of Kyle there with his buddies at the used car lot with the two brothers that own it.

The state had that evidence and yet still put the brothers on to testify falsely.

The. They used the argument at opening and closing that Kyle was there without the owners knowledge or consent.
