This software makes 480 resolution .Mov video files and will do so as the default if you click to convert for mobile devices
I’ve used Handbrake. It’s an open source tool for converting video from one format to another. I’ve used it to convert family DVDs to video. I’m pretty sure that you can change the resolution on it, too.
Seems like a pretty clear conflict of interest when an assistant DA who wants to run for DA panders to a voter base that wants the white boy hung.
As with so many of these situations — you can see who the Bad Guy is. The worst law breaker is the Prosecutor. He’s guilty as hell.
So, when he isn’t disbarred, it will just confirm what we already know about the system.

Fraud nullifies everything. The judge now has ample evidence to declare a mistrial with prejudice.
If they actually doctored a video, I’ll bet there are artifacts in the result that can link it back to application used.

To test the quality differences go to a high resolution on youtube watch that and then select the 240 option which is still greater than what was given to the defense.
the difference between a UHD image and something in video terms postage stamp size becomes even more marked in high contrast images such as the night shot with extremely high lighting and very deep shadows.
Unmentioned are the frame rates of the two versions which make for smoother motion and greater detail.
Little Finger not only withheld the video evidence until late in the trial, he oversaw the doctoring of evidencebhoping to get it past the defense with limited time for examination.
This is the most egregious kangaroo trial I’ve seen.
