In America in 2021, “thoughtcrimes” are a firing offense.
The First Amendment of the United States of America states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” This freedom of speech has been one of our most cherished rights since the founding of our country. Whatever happens in the United States, the people have been free to express their opinion about it.
Although the First Amendment applies to the government, Americans have understood that it applies across the board, in a variety of venues. Of late, though, that right has been eroded. We’ve seen it vanish in academia with campus speech codes. Celebrities have been slammed for offenses ranging from criticizing frozen yogurt shops to pretending to be Spanish. The refrain has been that while speech is free, it is not without consequences.
Fair enough. If I say something you don’t like, you’re free to respond by saying something I may not like. That’s how free speech used to work. People were criticized, but no one lost their job over their opinion. That has now changed.
Dr. Mary Bowden of Houston Methodist Hospital has been suspended. Dr. Bowden is not guilty of any improper conduct at the hospital. She hasn’t fudged her bills or committed malpractice. She has complied with the hospital’s vaccine mandate and treated her patients in accordance with accepted medical protocols.

We know who fauci is. Why are they forcing a vax so hard?
Why are they using it commie fashion?
Why are educated people so gullible?
The brown shirts traded those for blue/black.
HIV EXPERIMENTS ON KIDS The Hideous Truths Of Testing Vaccines On Humans
I’ve a full sheet of reactions to their ‘modern’ medicines. I’m tired of being told we can’t fix that tear in your shoulder even though it causes sever pain, and limits your ability to function, no we can’t remove the 3 pre-cancers in your esophagus, but we will do a colon screen, the pre- cancers are in my ESOPHAGUS, not my colon! And NO YOU CAN’T HAVE A PAIN PILL, YOU MIGHT GET ADDICTED. 2 LOUSY PILLS A DAY, 5 MG NORCO FOR THE MIGRAINES. STRANGE TOOK IT FOR 4 YRS, NEVER GOT ADDICTED. NEVER SOLD IT. Now I’m told to use USELESS TYLENOL.
“Why are they forcing a vax so hard?”

That is THE question....and no one is allowed to ask it.
Seems MtnClimber just did.
I wish those who have had their 1st Amendment rights abridged by the current ‘socialists’ could start suing for each and every instance. Make them pay! This Doctor should sue her hospital and seek millions in compensation.
“This Doctor should sue her hospital and seek millions in compensation.”
BINGO! Just bringing the suit would force the hospital to consider a quiet settlement rather than paying legal fees before knowing the outcome!
I recommend that punitive damages be sought from ANYONE who abridges the 1st Amendment rights (and 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 15th, etc.)
If this Dr worked for Dr. Tenpenny and said vaccines are the only appropriate course of action, Dr. Tenpenny shouldn’t be able to disassociate their professional relationship?
Supporting Ivermectin is no necessarily misinformation. Nor is opposing vaccine mandates.
We need to all write negative reviews of Houston Methodist.
Here is the link.
The doctor has her own practice. She is an eye, ear & throat doctor. I’m doubled vaxxed, but if I lived in Houston, she would be my go-to doctor. I would also avoid Houston Methodist Hospital. Evidently, the hospital is angry at her because none of her patients got sick enough to be sent to the hospital and intubated.
