BINGO! Just bringing the suit would force the hospital to consider a quiet settlement rather than paying legal fees before knowing the outcome!

Well in reality we can pretty much say what we want to say. But while we have that freedom, it doesn’t mean there aren’t consequences. Just that they aren’t government imposed. My employers have often held positions different than mine. And I have been free to express those differences. But they’ve always had the ability to disassociate from me by ending my employment.

If this Dr worked for Dr. Tenpenny and said vaccines are the only appropriate course of action, Dr. Tenpenny shouldn’t be able to disassociate their professional relationship?
