Jefferey Jaxen and Del Bigtree discuss the study and its ramifications. This is an important video. The damage can occur from the Vaccine as well as from Covid itself. So if you’ve had the CCP virus, pay close attention.
SARS–CoV–2 Spike Protein Impairs DNA Damage Repair
STUDY ABSTRACT
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS–CoV–2) has led to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID–19) pandemic, severely affecting public health and the global economy. Adaptive immunity plays a crucial role in fighting against SARS–CoV–2 infection and directly influences the clinical outcomes of patients. Clinical studies have indicated that patients with severe COVID–19 exhibit delayed and weak adaptive immune responses; however, the mechanism by which SARS–CoV–2 impedes adaptive immunity remains unclear. Here, by using an in vitro cell line, we report that the SARS–CoV–2 spike protein significantly inhibits DNA damage repair, which is required for effective V(D)J recombination in adaptive immunity. Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines.

I’ve 4 Autoimmune’s, and get told they are not compatible with vaccines, Flu being 1 of them, As usual the doctor doesn’t explain why he doesn’t want me to take the Shingles vax. He being my ENDO, for hypothyroidism and Type 2 Diabetes. I have to use Humalog, I reacted to the 4 main pills. The thyroid yo-yo’s and doesn’t stay stable.
No. Spike proteins created in cell cytoplasm (by the virus or the vax) can and do migrate to the nucleus of their host cell impairing the host cell’s DNA from repairing itself.
The S1 proteins expressed on the surface of host cells are not in contact with DNA.
If the spike protein is generated by the vaccine, why would there be any interior cell damage at all?
The mRNA from the vax is used to generate spike proteins inside the host cell cytoplasm. (The RNA from the virus does the same thing but it also creates additional proteins that are used to build the rest of the virus particles.)
Normally, the spike proteins from the vax mRNA are supposed to migrate from the host cell cytoplasm to the surface of the host cell where they can stimulate an immune response.
According to this paper, some spike proteins migrate into the nucleus of the host cell where it impairs DNA repair.
Yes, I understand that the vaccine motivates mitochondria to create isolated spike proteins.
What I do not understand is the generic reference to cell damage.
What kind of cell damage needs to be repaired?
Damage caused by what - vaccine generated spike proteins?
I don’t know if you saw this.
