SARS–CoV–2 Spike Protein Impairs DNA Damage Repair
STUDY ABSTRACT
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS–CoV–2) has led to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID–19) pandemic, severely affecting public health and the global economy. Adaptive immunity plays a crucial role in fighting against SARS–CoV–2 infection and directly influences the clinical outcomes of patients. Clinical studies have indicated that patients with severe COVID–19 exhibit delayed and weak adaptive immune responses; however, the mechanism by which SARS–CoV–2 impedes adaptive immunity remains unclear. Here, by using an in vitro cell line, we report that the SARS–CoV–2 spike protein significantly inhibits DNA damage repair, which is required for effective V(D)J recombination in adaptive immunity. Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines.

If one goes to the CDC's own website, one will still see this, with the bold underscore being the CDC's own emphasis.

A simple search on the mRNA vaccine behavior reveals it stimulates the spike protein and thus trigger antibodies.
Yes. I’m familiar with the spin protein issue with the vaccines I just found this article to be non informative. To have to muddle through to the end to find any point to this article makes my case. I don’t see what this is about

I’ve had 2 small patches, nothing doctor tried worked, Aveeno Itch Cream used for measles did. I’m not a candidate for the vaccine either. I’f had both forms of measles as a young child.

Yeah I found out the hard way through my doctor that shingles attacks a nerve group.
Mine went from my breast bone around under my left arm to my backbone.
And yes just like your church friend I will probably always have some numbness in my left chest area. Nerve damage compliments of the shingles virus, which is why I don’t mind recommending the shingles vaccine to people. The side effects for me were like a mild case of the flu for one day compared to actually having shingles which was like having a severe sunburn AND the flu at the same time...at least a couple of weeks.

Looks pretty straight forward to me - spike proteins cause damage to the cells they attach to.
Spike proteins also suppress the completely normal reparative functions that besieged cells set in motion.

I have read in other studies that the vaccine generated flood of spike proteins also suppresses natural immune responses to other vulnerabilities on the COVID virus.
It’s easier to convince someone of a lie than to convince them that they’ve been lied to.
The article does not tie in spike proteins to vaccines. Not vaccines nor covid. We’re supposed to know all about spike proteins bu there is a lot of assumption there
