GOP Congresswoman explains why she voted for the 1st Infrastructure bill and will vote against the 2nd bill. The bill she voted was for legitimate infrastructure (roads, bridges, sewers etc.) while the 2nd bill is mostly for social spending, IRS agents, amnesty, vaccine mandates to which she is opposed.

What a sheer lunatic. “...it dismantles leverage from the ‘socialist squad.’”
The socialists wanted $3 Trillion, we gave them $1 Trillion. So she now believes they are now going to go away and leave us alone? This perfectly illustrates how little she understands socialism and communism. They are NEVER satisfied. They play a long game. They defeat freedom and liberty gradually, piece by piece. This is just one piece in their jigsaw puzzle to put us all in chains.

The Demagogic Party is still fighting of course, but more of that is internal, factional fighting. It's a collection of violent, rival street gangs.

Umm...you vote for NEITHER!

So if the Republicans had all voted no, the Dem squad would have all voted to pass it and had leverage? Now no Republican has leverage because it was bipartisan?

Ask the average American how much of this trillion dollar bill goes to roads and bridges and they’ll probably say something like “Most of it.”
They would be wrong… it will actually be around only 10% of the total.

Why do you call a bill an “Infrastructure Bill” when only 20% of the money is ear-marked for infrastructure spending?

The bill would have never left the Senate if all Republicans voted no. The bill was supported by GOP leadership in the Senate. Therefore, I can only conclude that GOP wants the Biden infrastructure bills to pass as much as Democrats do.

There are two bills. She is claiming, or implying, that the first one (the one she voted for) is primarily? for legitimate infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, etc.) while the 2nd bill is for social spending, IRS agents, welfare, etc. which she is against.
To: Signalman
Only $109 billion out of $1.2 trillion is for “roads, bridges, major projects” section of the bipartisan infrastructure deal.

she’s also one of the 13 who also voted for Trump’s 01/06 action. What’s her idiotic excuse for that one? She’s so full of sh*t.
