Why do you call a bill an “Infrastructure Bill” when only 20% of the money is ear-marked for infrastructure spending?
There are two bills. She is claiming, or implying, that the first one (the one she voted for) is primarily? for legitimate infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, etc.) while the 2nd bill is for social spending, IRS agents, welfare, etc. which she is against.
