If you or someone you know dies or gets injured from any of the three COVID-19 vaccines — which medical experts say is rare — legal compensation is available. But the process is different and generally more limited compared to other vaccines. Most routine vaccinations in the U.S., including the measles, hepatitis, flu, Tdap and polio shots, are covered by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which was created by the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 following several lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers and health care providers.
The VCIP covers injury-related expenses for diagnosis, medical care and rehabilitation services, as well as lost employment income, suffering, emotional distress damages, death benefits and attorney’s fees. Financial benefits max out at $250,000 for death and $250,000 for pain, suffering and emotional distress.

Really though, no amount of money can compensate for death.
Compensation for adult injuries are often far different from pediatric injuries. In my experience, adult injury claims must be filed within a 3 year window, but pediatric claims can be filed until the child reaches the age of maturity.
Things will happen as they roll out the child, “vaccines” that have not yet been considered.
There is no reason to vaccinate healthy children.
I don’t have any stats or facts but I’m willing to bet good money that many children have had Covid and no one noticed.
So then they have natural immunity.
I had COVID (most likely as a healthcare worker) and have documented antibodies, twice, six months apart. The powers that be don’t care.

The whole concept of forced vaccinations and even ignoring people that had the Covid virus.
I’ve been vaccinated……..I don’t care if I’m in a room with 50 unvaccinated people. I did what I thought was right for myself.
Those 50 people don’t worry me at all. They did what they felt was right.
Let’s hope the courts shut down Biden’s (OSHA) mandate. Quickly.

#2 The article lies like a troll and says that of the more than 423 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines administered in the U.S. as of Nov. 1, only 9,367 people who received a shot have since died "according to the CDC." The CDC was given research in 2010 that demonstrated VAERS is woefully ignored and houses a small sliver of of actual adverse events. 11 years later, many doctors don't know what VAERS is and those that do won't spend 45 unpaid minutes filing a report. But hey, the article also says 50 people had clots.
Yup, out of 400+ doses the CDC is claiming only 50 had clots. Two whistleblower lawsuits allege there are 45,000 post 'vaccine deaths' (within 3 days of vaccination) sitting in the CMS database right now unreported to VAERS, and that's one of 12 databases that should feed VAERS data.
Having read VAERS Extensively and posted articles about blood clots post vaccine extensively, I have seen more than 50 clot cases. How is it I happened to see at least every acknowledged case of blood clots that occurred in 423 million doses?
I think I'd prefer the $450,000 for the government locking up my kids for a couple weeks. :-)

The Justice Dept represents the defendants (pharmaceutical companies) on the taxpayer’s dime. So not only do they avoid paying damages, we pick up their legal tab. And good luck trying to get an attorney to represent you. They so rarely win in VICP it simply doesn’t pay to take a case.

Anyone who has been injured I strongly suggest you get 2nd and 3rd+ opinions from a MD who will NOT BLOW YOU OFF and who will document your medical record ASAP. You ONLY HAVE 1 YR FROM INJECTION DATE TO FILE FOR CICP BENEFITS AND YOUR HEALTH, LIFE, OR SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE POLICY WILL NOT COVER SO CICP IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. READ CICP INFO ALSO CICP VS NVICP... Make sure you have your ducks in a row when you file because there are NO APPEALS! GO READ YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE EVIDENCE OF COVERAGE (EOC) THIS IS NOT COVERED AND INJURY WILL NOT BE COVERED. My Blue Cross CA plan is clear Experimental Treatments or Procedures are NOT COVERED unless you are in an approved clinical trial. Under clinical trials it states A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM BLUE CROSS IS REQUIRED and even with it your benefits are reduced to “Routine Patient Care”. ALL INSURANCE IS THE SAME. I am a former claims appeal and grievance investigator for a major health insurance co. Your only chance to get any coverage is to file for CICP benefits. Everyone needs to read their health insurance documents “limitations and exclusions”, definitions, etc and request full info on limitations and exclusions from your life insurance or supplemental insurance plans through the Department of Insurance and your insurance carriers. It saddens me to know so many people who have been injured or died did not look at their insurance documents before joining the ongoing clinical trial and trusted people who clearly were mislead or lying to them. If you were injured please understand you have a time limit to file and even if your health insurance paid your claims now that doesn’t mean they won’t reverse payment later when your medical record shows it as the root cause for injury. If that happens after the 1 yr to file w CICP is expired you could be left responsible paying all the medical bills. You need to stand up and fight for yourselves and find a doctor who will acknowledge the vaccine caused the injury for two reasons 1) to get proper treatment and 2) so you can file for CICP benefits BEFORE ONE YEAR FROM INJECTION HAS PASSED so you are not stuck paying all the medical bills. DO NOT GIVE UP AND KEEP FIGHTING FOR YOURSELVES!
Find a vaccine injury attorney ASAP. Hint that may help is if your health ins plan sent you a marketing email to get it, but the email never said a “prior auth” was required may be a good attorney could fight for your benefits... I believe sending marketing to get it without saying it requires a prior auth to get reduced coverage of “routine patient care” and it’s not covered W Out approval makes a good case for you to fight for coverage. You can also file a grievance with the Department of Insurance as well. Good luck. My heart goes out to everyone who got hurt. The lies pushed by our government, a corrupt medical establishment to mislead good MD’s & nurses, mockingbird media and big tech to cover this up is how and why this happened to you and I believe they are all responsible and liable plus if your employer mandated it you have a work place injury claim too. OSHA stated employers mandating need to keep track of injury for that very reason if they mandate it becomes work place injury and worker’s compensation claim can cover you for your injury. Take notes on everything w dates, times, etc. find any correspondence related to it from your insurance co, your employer pushing you, etc. AND START A FILE NOW TO KEEP TRACK OF IT ALL!!! God Bless
