I seem to remember Clinton calling out Rush by name from the Presidential podium, and in general Presidents didn’t do that back in the day... or am I imagining this?
Chris Plante has the talent, but he’s already my morning 8-11 on WMAL, and I like him there. Followed by Rush, was the best of the best. Bongino is doing a very good job in that slot now.
Although Rush can ever be replaced, my vote is for Medal of Honor recipient SSGT David Bellavilla. Mr Bellavilla has a daily radio show 10 am to 2 pm EST in Buffalo, NY on WBEN 930 AM radio. Bellavilla is well versed on current issues and topics and makes mince meat of the dem, lib, left position on the issues at the fed, state and local level. Bellavilla simultaneously exposes the dem, lib, left politicians for the corrupt, looney buffoons they are. Tune in once and you’ll be a regular listener.

I am in synch with Mark's ideology. However, having listened to his radio show for years, the yelling wore me out. Rush always kept his tenor strong but even. Not over the top.

What Rush Limbaugh did was a job that didn’t exist before he invented it, at least not the way he did it, and he invented it because he loved to do it, and he was really good at it, in large part because he knew the radio business inside out, and he understood what made the business tick.
I don’t see anyone replacing him.

Mark steyn. Katheryn should have offered him about 3/4 of what Rush was making. The current guys are boring!

Mark Steyn is excellent in his own way and should have his own talk show program.
While Steyn is knowledgeable, he spends too much time forming a statement. Irking! The current pair are needed, to keep to Rush’s standards of knowledge!

They don't work for free and each has their own contractual salaries with whatever group they are affiliated with........
I like John Batchelor, because he makes everything he says sound so portentious. There are always storm clouds gathering and lightning about to strike. The fact that the storm never comes and the lightning never strikes does not make him any less enertaining, and his “erudite” way of talking makes you think you’re smarter for listening to him. It’s pretty much an act, though.
