A flight attendant for American Airlines suffered broken bones in her face and had to be hospitalized after a passenger allegedly attacked her Wednesday in an incident the company’s chief executive called “one of the worst displays of unruly behavior we’ve ever witnessed.”

Was he a muzzie perhaps?
Good thing I wasn’t there. He’d have several of his bones broken in return.
It does depend on where his home country is.
If he is a US citizen then he should enjoy those Uber trips from LA to NYC.
But if he is from another country, the airlines will often accommodate a repatriation flight.
Even if on another airline (often the flag carrier of the country), the leash is kept pretty tight.
Now if there was a way to book him on a tramp steamer for the long way home, then that would be a win-win in my book.
skinny little toad needs to get his ass kicked.
Yes we have.
“No excuse for hitting a woman, etc. Clearly.”
You’ve never been a bouncer.
"I want you to be nice..until it's time not to be nice."
Tall Chinese looking guy.
“I didn’t report him but wished I had. I was shaken and shaking the entire flight.
If you are that guy, I hope your life sucks to hell. You are an angry mentally ill man who bullies and abuses women.”
I was in almost complete agreement with you until that point. I believe you should have reported him. Until a Neanderthal like this is brought aware that he has crossed a line, he will continue and get braver. You might be helping someone in his future be able to deal with him as his behavior may be better with the knowledge of what jail can be. Additionally, if he is mentally ill, then reporting him and having him evaluated for this behavior would help him also which he may dearly need.
Please don’t lower the level of treatment with revenge. It drags you down with it. I wouldn’t have your job. It’s very difficult and inconsistent with all the different personalities and off the wall situations you face. But you know you are going to get people like this so be better than them.
Oh, it may not be just women he abuses. You just happened to be available.

A profile of the perp... Hmmm.. Maybe a muslime.. Big, brawny and mad as hell because "she" was way to forward, and poorly dressed....maybe..
Disappointing that his face isn’t showing any signs of a beating by the men who restrained him. Anyone who does that in the air should get hurt in the takedown.
Well, if that's a photo of the guy I guess I was mostly wrong... Accept maybe for the muslime part...?
*Rolls Eyes* Obviously; otherwise you would have quoted the remainder of what I wrote.
Some of us are interested in the unvarnished truth surrounding a story, not some agenda-driven screed filtered through gender bias and the likes of the WaPo editors.
Looking at the behavior on the surface, it was the first thing that popped into my mind too, but...in reality, it could be just about any Leftist with either celebrity or power.
Lets see - a gopnik at least.
Adidas track suit - Tajikistan?
LOL, I love the Bald and Bankrupt videos has does about the Gopniks.
Hope you don’t mind if I ask - How long ago were you a FA? Before or after 9/11?
Do I need to look to see who “disrespected” him?
You have no idea how to do the job I did and I am wondering if you have ever flown before.
It was the last flight of a very long day with full flights, we had snow/ice and the crews both on the ground and plane were limited. There was a stampede at the end for the pax to leave and me getting any kind of assistance was going to have to wait which gave him time to leave.
And what kind of fairy land do you live in where you think airport security is going to address mental health? You think a sweet psychiatrist is waiting for people like him with an inviting office, warm sofa and a lollipop for a good session to get to the bottom of his issues?
I did that job for a long time and I did it well. I don’t need anyone’s armchair therapist judgement on what I did and what I didn’t do.
Before, during and after.
