A Kentucky school district is investigating after a teenage boy gave lap dances to his high school principal and other staff members during a homecoming event.
Other provocative photos of spirit events at Hazard High School posted on social media showed teen girls parading around the gym dressed as Hooters waitresses and boys being paddled,
The most eyebrow-raising pics show a teen dancing seductively near Donald “Happy” Mobelini, who is both principal of Hazard High School and the city’s mayor.
The administrator is standing with a big grin on his face, while the boy — clad in a black dress — bends over in front of him, photos show. The same teen is also pictured with the dress pulled down below his stomach, as he danced shirtless for other adults in a gym.
“The incident is under investigation and as you know anything under investigation I really can’t talk about,” Combs reportedly said. “Once the investigation is complete, appropriate action will be taken.”

Given past incidents involving the same people mentioned in the news article, the investigation may not want to expose the failure of the board or superintendent to stop this student/faculty debauchery before it was done.

I think maybe you mean “stocks”, but I see in checking that they are indicating stockade as both a building or enclosure and also as an individual restraining device. I believe the old definition of the individual restraining device was called a “stock”. I can see several instances where this device could be used effectively in these times.

Any investigation aside, what he should be doing is recovering from a righteous beat down at the hands of a mob of angry parents.
