Why was my new post pulled?

I'm curious why my new post that referenced an article about "racial audits" was suddenly pulled without a stated reason. I not only wasted time filling in all the required fields but also wasted more time posting a somewhat lengthy comment regarding the referenced article. Before pulling a new topic, wouldn't it be better to embargo (instead of delete) the new post and send a notification so the OP can fix the new topic for re-posting? Just a thought.

I have no idea. Sometimes I will see a post pulled because of the “duplicate posting” rationale, yet other times a see multiple postings of the same story with no apparent problem. I don’t get it.

If it wasn’t for inappropriate language or subject, it could have been from a source that doesn’t allow us to re-post their stuff here. That’s just a guess, though.

Just curious…did you search for it? Or was it from a bad source? (Not bad quality, but a source that doesn’t want to be posted here?). Those are two reasons I’ve gotten stuff pulled.

And no…the admins are not known for their customer service.

Could be the Admin was racist and didn’t want to be audited or possibly you just rubbed him/her wrong.
