Former president Bill Clinton, home from the hospital, vows to keep going for a ‘long, long time’

Former president Bill Clinton said he was back home and on the road to recovery, the first time he has been on video since he was hospitalized last week for an infection of the bloodstream.
“I’m really glad to be back home,” Clinton, 75, said in a Wednesday night video as he stood in front of the Chappaqua, N.Y., woods. “I’m doing great, enjoying this beautiful fall weather.”(snip)
In his video, the former president took a moment to remind “everyone out there to take the time to listen to your bodies and care for yourself.”
“We all have work to do, and each of us has an important role to play in life and in the immediate future,” he said. “I, for one, am going to do my best to be around to keep doing the most that I can for a long, long time.”
