Yep, shes going to jail. But in a sane world, she would be justified if she actually pointed the gun at the perps. Who knows how many other houses were hit? You always need to know what is behind where you are shooting. What she did is very reckless.

The stuff is all alleged except I would say, personally, the “discharging a firearm” part was the truth.

Wow… she’s got the right attitude. They definitely won’t be back. She does, however, need some training on fire discipline and how to properly lay down grazing fire. Too many rounds were going way too high.
