A key Food and Drug Administration panel is holding a meeting Thursday to discuss and vote on the use of booster shots of Moderna's Covid-19 vaccine.

Depending on how the meeting goes, the agency could make a final decision within days, handing it off to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and its vaccine advisory committee to make their own decision.

Almost certainly correct. This remains however one few ways that any brakes can be applied to the runaway vaccine train, whatsoever, and many aren’t throwing in the towel on stopping it one day. So we do what we can, one day at a time.

Golden Eagle, don’t you get the root problem ongoing in our country, bringing it to the brink to extinction? It is the very presence and acts of these unconstitutional federal agencies like the FDA, the CDC, the NIH, the $ trillion HHS, etc., etc., ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

Will the Patriotic Right wake up and start fighting for restoration of the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended - the ONLY legal bulwark against the feds who are working very hard at taking away your God-given freedoms, wellbeing, and livelihoods?

You didn’t mention the DOJ, much less the Federal Reserve, which aren’t explicitly defined in the Constitution either. However, there are foundational laws for their existence, and they will continue to exist until those laws are changed, which I don’t believe is likely, at least not anytime soon.

This particular meeting is a rare opportunity for voices both pro and con to be officially presented with regard to the vaccine debate currently ongoing in the country. Take advantage, and learn what you can. Or, boycott it and rage against the discussion even taking place, the choice is yours.

But bottom line, the decisions will be made, and go forward, either way, so long as these organizations lawfully exist. I personally would rather spend my time today becoming more knowledgable of the imminent subject matter, than to expend my limited time today trying to fight the mere existence of the FDA, which I see as a longer term discussion, but you are of course free to do as you wish. Thanks.

Read and understand YOUR Constitution.

The DOJ and the Federal Reserve are allowed under delegated authority of the Constitution.

As far as the mostly unconstitutional fess go, the Right needs to read and understand the presumptions, structure, text, and historical perversions of the Constitution. Then, more than discuss it, we need to FIGHT for reinstatement of the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the Supreme Law of the Land against the feds.

And we don’t have a whole lot of time. The Left is poised to destroy our country.

If we have bad government (kakistocracy) occupied by tyrannical politicians and incompetent bureaucrats implementing law and policy for improper purposes, it is because we have not fulfilled our responsibilities as citizens; most of us don’t even understand our responsibilities much less fulfill them.

Since faith and education are the two pillars of freedom, and since government and the Left hate freedom (political freedom is absence of government coercion (LIMITED government)(wish more Patriots were clear about these terms)), over the last 100+ years, government and the Left have deliberately and unconstitutionally banned prayer and the Bible (faith) and teaching the Constitution (education) from our schools.

In objecting to these unconstitutional acts of the feds,
- most seem to use the "pathos" argument (emotional) - "look what this will do",
- some like you and me here, use a ethos argument (ethics, morality) - "it is wrong", while
- you, but few others, use the "logos" argument (logic and law) - "it is illegal" which is the strongest argument against unconstitutional federal acts because by definition, such acts are illegal.

But some say, "Well, it's an act of Congress or a federal statute, so it's not illegal." Back to the dire need for education.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof...shall be the supreme Law of the Land.

(US Const., Art. VI, Cl. 2).

The Rule of Law which guarantees our freedom from government tyranny is the Constitution and all federal laws CONSISTENT WITH the Constitution. All other federal law is invalid and illegal and should be nullified and ignored and at some point, overturned. That goes for Court decisions as well. SCOTUS is the Judicial Branch of the federal government CREATED BY AND SUBJECT TO the Constitution.

Knowing and understanding the Constitution includes realizing it is the legal product of the Declaration of Independence (DOI). The DOI is the moral and emotional (ethos and pathos) foundation of America and from the DOI came the Constitution, the legal foundation of America. Knowing the Constitution means one knows it is basically morally sound (ethos), does not violate our conscience (pathos), and is the Supreme Law of the Land.

Knowing that means that an argument for the Constitution is automatically an argument for moral, conscionable, and legal soundness in government (ie. we don't have to "reinvent" the wheel to show that unconstitutional federal acts violate sound ethics and consciousness.) Having said that, an argument for the value of freedom is very powerful within the legal argument correctly applying the Constitution. Ethos and pathos arguments against unconstitutional federal acts should be made within the legal argument (powerful) not outside of the legal argument (weaker).

EVERY PATRIOT needs to know this stuff by heart so they can argue and fight with a moral and emotional upper hand as well as the legal upper hand.
