Yes...excellent article.
I think one of the most important lines in this article is the second to last line. He was sly in using the term he used to define a certain segment of our society.
Yes, a must read.
But I want to point out the greatest obstacle to opposition, illustrated by a comment left in the original thread. (And I do not mean to single out the poster, just the sentiment).
The poster said we here at FR understand what the author meant, the evidence being that we have advocated for the election of fighters.
Many clueless authors on our side express this clueless sentiment. Electing fighters became pointless many years ago.
The original author said that the Occidental people need to dispose of electoral solutions, and to form what amounts to a cohesive counter-revolutionary force with the same commitment and capacity as the people who are destroying our country. Electing “fighters” is pointless and a waste of time, at best.
But to state what the author meant is to reflect the sorry state we are in. The Russian Revolution, not the French, not the Chinese, is the circumstances we face. The destroyers are in COMPLETE control, the Inner Party rules, and it is only the factions of the Inner Party who are “fighting” for ultimate victory, a victory which the radicals ALWAYS win. Destruction of America is inevitable, but the Inner Party is fighting within itself to determine the best way to get there.
Our side is completely irrelevant now. Our side does not even have Cossacks. We just have sad sacks.
Our side is targeted for extermination, and that IS going to happen. The Inner Party is just “fighting” over the best way to do that.
Meanwhile, our side is in a dream world. We talk about electing “fighters,” not understanding that it is all hot air.
Our side needs a new consciousness, based in part on the peril we face to our very lives, but based also on the desire to preserve civilization as free men.
We are so far away from that it is not even a glimmer, as necessary and essential as it is.
And the irony is, the Inner Party works every day from preventing that consciousness from forming. They understand what is good for us better than we do. And they “fight” every single day from letting that happen. That in part explains the relentless hatred for and attacks on Trump and Q.
Our side has been brilliantly put into a dilemma, one we must solve to survive. We need to have a different consciousness to survive, but the Inner Party says, if you start developing that consciousness you will be labelled a terrorist and destroyed.
And we meekly go along, because we meekly have given up our right to be free.
I agree, this is a must read. And yes, the author completely nails it.
So now what? We all know what the problem is, who the enemy is, and what must be done to stop the insanity that's ruling the day in Washington D.C.
The problem as we know is, herding Conservatives to action is like herding cats. Everyone argues over the details of how to do what must be done. I'd say, forget the details, it's time for blunt force trauma. (Rocky movie reference where Rocky's too old to "go the distance" and instead has to focus on hurting his opponent early on and winning.)
Like Rocky in the movie, I'm getting too old for this sh*t. I'm 59 now, have had four major lower back surgeries, two knee surgeries, elbow surgery, my right wrist and hand surgically re-attached to my arm, left hip resurfaced and two eye surgeries. Yet here I am, ready to fight. I've one good one left in me.
When's the fight? I've been patiently waiting for the opposition (that's us) to cohesively organize and push back. The last real big pushback was 1994 and again in 2010 when we took back the House in convincing fashion.
I'm no longer convinced we have free & fair elections in this country. I've had my tagline for 21 years now, since the 2000 election. I've never seen a reason to change it.
When's the fight? That's what I want to know.
Your link goes directly to a FR Post #8 of an article (posted on 10/6) that is dated 10/24/2021?
Really?
Frankly, I found the following article by the same author, to be more to my liking due to it’s specificity. Not to say he doesn’t have a point in the article you posted.

I’m betting there isn’t anyone that would argue with the idea expressed that there are just way too many witches wandering about causing untold mischief.
Remaining comments self censored.
I have shared it with others beyond FreeRepublic.
While I entirely agree with the article, my observations tell me that conservatives will never work together to combat this collapse in our Nation. They will just blog angrily until they are carted off to to camps.
The radicalism in this Build Back Better agenda is not in the price tag or in the groups it promises to reward and punish. What makes this bill so radical is that it does not exist as a written piece of legislation spelling out the spending plan. Instead, it is a framework that authorizes the federal bureaucracy to spend trillions to achieve the goals of this new economic and cultural framework.
ie... Cultural Marxism (but we already knew that)
Well then, what do we do now?
I told y’all before that we just needed to shoot them all and I got banned for a week.
Man, being given by his creator, natural rights, which are accompanied by corresponding natural duties, has the moral duty to God, to safeguard, preserve, and protect these rights for the benefit of self and others, including Posterity. Man, therefore, has the perfect duty and has the perfect right to oppose all violators of these natural rights, and failure to do so is to defy duty to God as the giver of these rights; and such failure betrays man's duty as the temporary trustee of Posterity’s just heritage.
The traditional American motto, underlying the resistance to tyranny. is “rebellion against tyrants is obedience to God.” That is, resistance against tyranny is a moral duty. Public officials who exceed the limits of the powers delegated to them by the people under their fundamental law and thus violate or endanger the People's God-given, natural rights, thereby, and to this extent, make of themselves defaulting trustees, usurpers, oppressors, and tyrants. They thereby act outside of this supreme law which defines these limits and the scope of their authority and office, and therefore act without authority from the people. By thus exceeding and violating the restrictions of this law, they act outside of law, lawlessly, as outlaws. These defaulting trustees, by acting lawlessly, thereby free the people from any duty of obedience. because legally and morally under rule by law, obedience by the self-governing people is required only to law, and not to law defying and tyrannical public servants.
The American philosophy and system of constitutionally limited government contemplates that the people of the several states, acting through their state governments, will, in the last resort use force to oppose any force employed by federal usurpers and tyrants, that they will use military force (militia of the states). to oppose any military force used by such usurpers as Hamilton and Madison, explained in detail, in Federalist #28 and #46. In addition, the Declaration Of Independence permits the People to use force to overthrow a tyrannical government and replace it with a non-tyranny.
The understanding of the Framers was that all true Americans have the perfect right and duty to use force, and must be ready to use force to fight and die for liberty and the other natural rights, especially against federal officials who as usurpers and tyrants violate not only the Constitution, but also their oath of office to support the Constitution only.

If I understood correctly...
The point of the article seems to be that moderates are playing along with communist radicals who will win in the end.
We’ve known that for a long time. The Dems play the Republicans again and again. Republicans make some noise, but then they become very comfortable with the status quo, whatever it might be.
Case in point: Republicans complain about what’s taught in public schools, but they sure screamed and cried when those schools were shut down.
Meanwhile, the radicals watch. They see how comfortable Republicans become, and they continue to push things further.
