I have to go the religious exemption route to avoid the jab. Going with the aborted fetal cell arguments works with J&J but Pfizer and Moderna do not use aborted fetal cells but their technology does. It seems to be pretty weak argument to me.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Not true. All three vaccines use aborted children.
Use this link in your argument:

How about the argument that the jab seems to be a pre-curser of the Mark of the Beast?
“...her cause of death was unknown because she did not even CONSULT doctors due to her religious beliefs.”
A true believer...
Had a friend in high school who had a heart valve problem but his mother would not allow him to get it surgically repaired because she and I guess he by default, was a CS. He graduated moved out to California, moved in with his brother and his brother saw to it that he received the proper medical treatment and surgery that he needed to have some quality of life. I lost touch with him after he left except for a brief time when he was corresponding with friends.
“Sadly, if you claim you are a Pastafarian, they probably would accept the exemption.”
You’ll be roasted with peppers and sausage marinara if you keep talkin’ that trash!!!!
Agreed with this needs to be your own deeply held religious or spiritual beliefs.
My suggestion - don’t bring up Nuremburg or anything like that. I don’t belief there’s a strong nexus to Nuremburg Convention and religious exemptions under Title VII.
The second, please don’t get defensive if someone from your company asks if you are associated with an organized religion and if you are (e.g. Roman Catholic) says “well, the Pope says it’s okay”. As others have said on this thread. Is it YOUR deeply held religious or spiritual beliefs. Just answer calmly.
Lastly, I hope your company is professional enough to not bring up meds that they claim were developed using fetal cell lines. Aspirin was increased in the 1860s? and Tums antacid in the 1930s. NO fetal cell tissue was used to develop those products. See here - https://cogforlife.org/2021/05/12/lets-get-a-few-things-cleared-up-testing-cell-lines-and-fetal-tissue/
The same goes for flue vaccines - if you have not gotten a flu vaccine yet, consider Flucelvax, which was not developed using aborted fetal cell lines. It’s typically given when someone has egg allergies, but I know of someone who received due to religious objections to other flue vaccines.
Be polite, be professional and proceed with attitude (not saying that you are now). Remember, your employer must adhere to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or they expose themselves legally . If they are a good company that is used to ass covering, they know that as well.

“There are sects that reject vaccines but then they ask if you have ever had vaccines in your life.”
My first wife and her family NEVER had inoculations EVER. The patriarch was into all that fasting and such that enjoyed a that pre ‘50s healthy lifestyle. A lot of it was BS tho’
Exactly what the case law said....it’s the individuals held belief not if they are part of any structured religion. And no one else can impose their interpretation on them.
“Buddhists have a tradition of self-immolation...”
As the Christian Buddha, I feel led to remind you that forgiveness for such an act of climate murder can be forgiven. Assuming you repent as you melt.
10-4. I’ll let Sen Johnson know he’s wrong.
I haven’t got any of them. I’m one of them. So, it really doesn’t affect me.

I will say I am an old-time Southern Baptist My parents did not allow my ears to be pierced until I was 16. And a medical doctor had to pierce my ears. I also have zero tattoos. My father would not allow me to wear bright finger nail polish as a teenager. I also had to wear dresses as a child even when I went to cattle auctions with my grandfather. I will not take anything from abortion and I will not alter any part of my God-given DNA or RNA. It is not happening. I am a conservative Christian.
That question seems to be inappropriate unless a closer examination is done. What if a parent had a child get MMR and polio vaccines?
There can come a point when someone realizes they do not want to use vaccines or medications to the extent possible that used fetal cell tissue during development, testing, validation of the vaccine.
Lifesitenews.com is a good source.
I like Eric Sammons comment, Don’t help your employer process wait for the deadline then tell them no. Don’t quit.
We need to shame the companies who try to enforce the mandate. We need to start a list of what companies that are enforcing it. Maybe, a website for people to view.
If my company fires me next year expect me to be protesting on the streets. I will not have a job to go to anymore, so I must be productive.
Learn from the BLM protesters, read my tagline.
I heard about the Liberty Counsel on the radio today. They have resources and are doing a class action lawsuit.

does not contain does not mean they were not used in testing.....
Troll. Outmoded, and explained endless times as sleight-of-hand.
OP asked the forum, you aint the forum.
You chimed in I responded, deal with it
A religious exemption is not limited to “such and such has a component you don’t like” as many many products have foul derivations or tests, and any company will happily (and they have) toss a list of many common products at you and indicate that if you use any of those you don’t “really mean” your objection.
Nor is is based on whether the current leaders of faith X or Y happen to agree with your position.
Instead, the argument is that your conscience, guided by your faith, deems the action being mandated to be one which you cannot take. The conscience might even be proven later to be wrong — that’s not the point. The point is that we have this guide, and that you believe this guide to be informed by the author of your faith.
That is not subject (and there’s case law) to their pulling out Pastor X or Pope Y to contradict you, nor to cherry-picking verse Q:P, nor to popular opinion.
None of that guarantees your company will actually honor these — there’s no law saying they must — but if they’re not consistent, it’s their tail in court.
