Religious Exemption to the Jab
SELF ^ | Oct 7, 2021 | SELF

I have to go the religious exemption route to avoid the jab. Going with the aborted fetal cell arguments works with J&J but Pfizer and Moderna do not use aborted fetal cells but their technology does. It seems to be pretty weak argument to me.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Yeh they are. And if it was me, I’d be telling them all about it now. And I wouldn’t ever go back to work for anyone as stupid as and unscientific as they obviously are. shrug

But that’s just me. I’d likely also hunt up a lawyer with the gumption to file a class action lawsuit, cause I’m sure that there are plenty of co-workers who feel the same.

I’ve read that in other places, and have also read refuting information. Is what you are saying actually in writing from Pfizer or the EO?

The link is from the FDA.

You are very persistent in your promoting of the jabs. So much so that you are either gullible to the narrative, or you actually know about the misinformation yet choose to propagate it anyway,

Pfizer has TWO differently branded “vaccines”.

The original, which is still under the EUA, and in fact was also mentioned in a separate letter from the FDA confirming that fact.
Comirmaty is the other, which is the one that is indeed fully approved.

The FDA plainly states there is a distinct legal difference between the two. Comirnaty is NOT currently available in the US. Israel and Australia are the only countries I’m aware of that have it.

If you decide to get jabbed, check the vial. If it’s Comirnaty, it’s approved, if not, it’s under the EUA, even if they claim they are “interchangeable”.

I got the Moderna shot precisely because it does not contain nor was made with fetal stem cells.

By the way. I had no issues with after effects. So it went well for me.

The FDA plainly states there is a distinct legal difference between the two.

The link states that while there is a legal difference between the 2 the chemical formulation is the same. Legal differences =/= chemical differences. Ice and water and chemically identical but legally distinct.

If you decide to get jabbed, check the vial.

I got the vaccine in April and have suffered none of the ill effects the fear porn purveyors on this site promised me . Why, I didn't even turn magnetic! I did not check the vial. I also don't ask about the source of every single ingredient when I go to a restaurant. Because I don't live in fear.

Oh I see your link. I missed it earlier. From the FDA link:

“Comirnaty has the same formulation as the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and can be used interchangeably to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”

Why isn’t the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine FDA-approved then, I wonder?

Legal distinction between the two: the Comirnaty jab is FDA approved while none of the others are. They are still under the EUA, therefore it’s not legal to mandate them. That’s the difference, and Comirnaty isn’t even available in the US right now. Did you check the vial they jabbed you with or did you blindly trust them to stick you with whatever? (I know the answer to that)

As to your anecdotal experience, so what? My anecdotal experience is that I’m immune., it that doesn’t mean anything. Of course the jab doesn’t harm everyone immediately, and it may not harm some/most people at all, but has harmed SOME people. That’s beyond debate. Nobody knows what the long term effects are. No one. That story has her to be told

If you're holding out for something that is 100% side effect free, you're going to be waiting a long time FRiend. Death rate from COVID is 2% in this country. Vaccine-related myocarditis occurs in 0.001% of the vaccinated population. I know which number looks better to me.

Nobody knows what the long term effects are.

Nobody knows what the long term effects of all those hormones we're pumping into cattle either, but I bet you still eat hamburgers. Live in fear. Or don't. The choice is yours.

I would go with the, “my employer can't compel me to be a lab rat” argument. The Comirnity vaccine is not available.

Nothing more than anti-vaxxer propaganda.
Here are the facts:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/Pfizer-BioNTech.html

Pfizer-BioNTech (COMIRNATY) Name Change

Pfizer-BioNTech (COMIRNATY) received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval on August 23, 2021, for individuals 16 years of age and older. Once vaccines are approved by the FDA, companies can market the vaccines under brand names. COMIRNATY is the brand name for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Now that the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been approved by the FDA for individuals 16 years of age and older, it will be marketed as COMIRNATY. The use of the name Pfizer-BioNTech will still be used for individuals 12-15 years old since this age group has not been approved. There has been no change in the formulation of the vaccine since the name change.

Or, to put it differently, the anti-vaxxers are trying to make a big deal out of a change in names on the label.

Thanks to everyone’s support, advise and help :) Still awaiting instructions at work. Time is running short. Wonder if they release instructions at the last minute, deny our exemptions and fire us?

Show me where the Nuremburg Code has been enacted into US law either by legislation or by treaty.

Wonder no more. It has been approved for those over sixteen. See post#109.

Legal/manufacturing site/license/naming difference...vaccine formulation exactly the same. See:

https://www.fda.gov/media/151710/download

Note the trials used in this linked letter indicating that “BNT162b2”/”Tozinameran” (original 2 names for the Pfizer vacine from last year) and “Comirnaty” (new “Brand Name” after FDA approval) are all the same compound/vaccine. The quoted trials of “BNT162b2”/”Comirnaty” in the letter are linked below:

Then, as others have said, you do not need to take a religious litmus test. Just declare that the vaccine is against your religious beliefs. You may lose your job even if you did declare what religion you belong to but if they fire you, you have the potential to litigate later.
