The COVID-19 patient’s health was deteriorating quickly at a Michigan hospital, but he was having none of the doctor’s diagnosis. Despite dangerously low oxygen levels, the unvaccinated man didn’t think he was that sick and got so irate over a hospital policy forbidding his wife from being at his bedside that he threatened to walk out of the building.
Dr. Matthew Trunsky didn’t hold back in his response: “You are welcome to leave, but you will be dead before you get to your car,’” he said.
Such exchanges have become all-too-common for medical workers who are growing weary of COVID-19 denial and misinformation that have made it exasperating to treat unvaccinated patients during the delta-driven surge.

My doc told me just today...he read the studies in Feb...ivermectin doesn’t really work...”in the lab, but not clinically.” (I had asked him if he had any suggestions for prophylactics for covid.)

I have had similar conversations. One with a patient on heated hi flow oxygen just short of intubation with oxygen sats dropping into the 70s with any movement who told me there was no such thing as covid and he was going to walk out. Except I told him he wouldn’t make it to the elevator not his car. Fortunately he didn’t try it at least while I was on duty.
Yes. it happens. I have had similar discussions with patients as have all my colleagues

I had covid. It was hardly the death sentence that you seem to think that it was. A strange headache for two days and lost my taste and smell for a week. I was even working out two days in to my quarantine.
Then I had my antibodies tested in May and September. They’ve more than doubled in that time. No decrease. More…. Than… Doubled.
Your precious AssPress claims that all the antibodies from natural immunity go away after 90 days.
They are lying about that, and lying about these doctors as well.

Tell your educated pals that as long as they refer to the naturally immune as unvaxxed, their credibility is out the window and their numbers are propaganda. Follow the science. Tens of millions have immunity without the jab. No shot needed.
So those who treated multiple covid patients daily with inadequate ppe and stripped in the garage coming home praying that they would not bring this to their families are cowards. You must be a giant of courage to call such people cowards. Either that or a fool.

My son & I tested positive for Covid in early April. We were both asymptomatic. My wife & our other son had bad cases.
I had my son and me tested for antibodies last week. After 6 months we were both chock full of Covid antibodies.
My VA doctor told me that ivermectin didn’t work. Either he is blind or just refuses not to see. I can’t rely on him...

Our entire family treated at home, without any doctors or hospital. Like I said, covid was hardly the death sentence that it was made out to be.
I have a real hard time believing people who tell me my antibodies will disappear in 90 days when the opposite has happened.
Perhaps if there weren’t so many lies and propaganda pieces trying to force people to do something, more people might listen.
Does it mean that the SPO2 was below 90% or something? It is a meaningless phrase without specifics.
The notion that someone laying in an ER gurney would be dead before getting to their vehicle is of course complete BS. Was his (or hers) Ph level at an intolerable range? Was the PACO2 elevated?
This is not writing. This is crap. People know next to nothing about basic, fundamental physiology. It is a bunch of nonsense.
