The COVID-19 patient’s health was deteriorating quickly at a Michigan hospital, but he was having none of the doctor’s diagnosis. Despite dangerously low oxygen levels, the unvaccinated man didn’t think he was that sick and got so irate over a hospital policy forbidding his wife from being at his bedside that he threatened to walk out of the building.
Dr. Matthew Trunsky didn’t hold back in his response: “You are welcome to leave, but you will be dead before you get to your car,’” he said.
Such exchanges have become all-too-common for medical workers who are growing weary of COVID-19 denial and misinformation that have made it exasperating to treat unvaccinated patients during the delta-driven surge.

Tell me about the ignorance of physicians. Few of them read the literature. A while back I was telling my guy about a recent study. He hadn’t read it and told me I was wrong. Two years later the topic came up and he claimed he had told me about the study. LOL
In some ways I can’t blame him. Who could be a primary care physician these days. You have 15 minutes a patient, have to supervise a PA who is screwing up and still read the literature. No way.

Many reported adverse affects and even death of healthy individuals shortly after getting inoculated.
For the last three weeks I’ve gone to the local hospital every day for treatment. I’ve gotten to where the nurses are comfortable talking to me. To a woman, they agree that the Chinese virus is real and they have seen plenty of people die from it. They also agree that neither they nor the public are being told the truth, if the truth be known, about the disease or the vaccines.
This fact is why people are skeptical about what they are being told. “Fifteen days to flatten the curve”...that sort of thing.
I realize that because the Chinese virus is ‘new’, hence the name ‘nouvelle coronavirus’, doctors/scientists are going to have to be vague in predicting what it will do. But when people are being told things like ‘wear a mask, don’t wear a mask, wear two masks, no three masks’ of course rational adults are going to begin to doubt the experts’ words.
Yes — all the antivaxxers are hereby awarded participation trophies. So they can now be happy, and the real work can be left to those of us who are actually educated in the field.

Someone is so close to deaths door that they’ll die in their way to their car, but yet they have the strength to argue with the doctor and make threats to leave?
No. That didn’t happen.
The doctor making that absurd claim was recently featured in other propaganda pieces, making similar absurd claims.
Covid19 has caused me to not trust the doctors I’ve seen for years. I now know they are quacks and have failed us as cowards at a time of greatest need.
