So, what just happened? I had a scheduled dental appointment yesterday for my twice a year cleaning and exam. I got up feeling awful! My sinuses were on fire and even the back of my throat hurt. They don’t want you to come in sick so I took my temp. No temp. I took half a Benadryl to see if it would settle things down but it didn’t.

I have to take a total of 600mg of Cindamycin prior to dental work one hour before the appointment. I was thinking, “oh great, something else to make me feel bad”. I used my Xlear before going.

When I got home it was no better so I used my Neti Pot and put a few drops of the Povidone-Iodine in the saline solution. I felt bad all evening and went to bed about 7pm.

I got up this morning and sinus issue was totally gone and so was my stomach upset.

I don’t know if it was the beginning of a sinus infection, allergies, or what, but something I did yesterday fixed it. LOL
