LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Los Angeles officials on Wednesday signaled they would vote next week to prohibit unvaccinated people from entering most businesses in the United States’ second-largest city, one of the nation’s most severe crackdowns so far of the COVID-19 pandemic.
All but one of the City Council members present on Wednesday said they supported the proposed “emergency” ordinance, which would require proof of vaccination to enter restaurants, bars, shopping centers, gyms and other indoor spaces.
“I am sick and tired of yahoos going into Trader Joe’s (grocery store) refusing to wear a mask,” City Council member Paul Kerkorian said in angry remarks. “I am fed up with people who want to make this into such a politicized issue they have lost all semblance of civility in our society.”

William F Buckley conservatives would have knocked these ppl on their azzes. Today’s conservatives ask how many masks they should wear. Like most else, things just aren’t the same.
Step one, make second class citizens.
Step two, demonize and dehumanize the citizens 2nd class.
Step three, scapegoat the subhumans and vilify them, passing enabling acts and confiscating their property.
Step four, declare such an emergency by the subhumans that they require a “final solution”, liquidate the undesireables.
Because the jabs reduce immunity, I can visualize hiring practices of “Vaccinated need not apply”.
I keep thinking of the blues song and old saying “When push comes to shove.”
With signs on drug stores and supermarkets saying to wear masks, are non mask wearers: fully 2 jabbed now with proof or rebels who won’t follow the rules?
What next, security and shift managers plus stock help rushing over to tackle non mask wearers who somehow got in the front door? Like bouncers in a strip club (no personal experience of that, it’s for others here to jog their memories).
They don’t have enough staff as it is now but to say a “greeter/bouncer/guard” at the front doors can physically stop the incoming non-mask wearer is absurd.
And another question: Will they allow BLM non-mask wearers to carry out their big trash bags of stolen merchandise? May as well join them.

There is NO reason to be afraid of an unvaccinated person..if someone is FULLY vaccinated there is ZERO risk from an unvaccinated person. I am fully immune to the measles, if someone at the checkout line had the measles would I care, of course not..I have full immunity. Meanwhile my brother in law’s Mom, in Israel, she already got her booster shot and guess what, for the past four days she has had covid symptoms..most likely she has the virus, she went to play bridge with some of her friends, all given the booster shots too, if she got the virus she got it from one of them..so yeah, booster shots, totally reliable LOL
