Hi Everyone. I have the apple horsey paste and 100 3mg pills. Before I take anything I just wanted to make sure I have this straight. This is my understanding:
Paste=50lb dosage on the container at 50lb per notch. For a 150lb person, 3 notches. 4 notches for 200 lbs etc.
As for the pills, the prescription recommendation seem a little off from what I have seen on here (and elsewhere). Based on my weight of 135... It says for prophylaxis 4 x 3mg pills twice weekly, this seem more often then most people do it. I have heard people say they do 18mg in a dose but maybe they weight more? I would like to share them with my husband who weighs 190. Would 12mg be good for me and 18mg be good for him?
I Guess I am asking, Do any of these dosages seem correct, if so which ones? Does the frequency seem correct? Once a month for prophylaxis and for treatment, two doses about 3-4 days apart or is twice a week indefinitely more correct?
Thank you!
First, there are two different uses and dosage plans.
The first is as a preventative. Which you have to take forever.
The second is for treatment. To be taken just as soon as you think you have gotten Covid.
It would be good if everybody identified whether they are talking about Ivermectin as a preventative or treatment.
Seem my profile page near the bottom.
Should we add Lysine to that?
Preventive take dose on day one another dose on day 3 then a dose every week for 10 weeks then dose every other week. Vit D3 1000-3000 IU/day, Vit C 1000 mg twice per day, zinc 50 mg/day
Lysine is harmless and can be used by other functions in the body, so, yes, if you would like to.
6.08 g paste @ 1.87% ivermectin
6.08 g = 6080mg
1.87% of that weight is Ivermectin
So, (6080mg X 1.87)/100 = 113.7mg Ivermectin per tube
A tube syringe has 5 major divisions
So, 113.7mg/5 major divisions = 22.74mg Ivermectin per major tube division
Recommended dosage for treating COVID-19 is:
.3mg for prophylaxis (see protocols) or .4 mg-.5mg/kg per dose
Recommended dose is 1 per day for 2 to 5 days depending on time since contracting to start of treatment.
The time from day 1 to day 12 recommended 2 to 5 doses...so say if 6 days, then 3 doses. After day 12, use 5 doses.
I used .4mg/kg dosage in these calculations
(see link below for variations to the above mg/kg recommendations, but generally/nearly the same as above):
Conversion is 1lb=2.2kg
person 1: 200lbs/2.2 = 91.8kg, so 91.8 x .4 = 35.8mg per dose
person 2: 250lbs/2.2 = 113.6kg, so 113.6 x .4 = 45.4 mg per dose
person 3: 126lbs/2.2 = 57.3kg, 57.3 x .4 = 22.92mg per dose
So, with 22.74mg per major division of the syringe and 4.5mg per minor division (there are 5 minor divisions between each major division on the syringe), figure out how much you need to set the white ring to on the syringe.
I set the ring to ZERO and pushed the plunger to that point to get a good starting point, you may waste a small amount, but at least you’re accurately metering after that.
Here’s a good chart from front line doctors for dosage over time:
I had the C flu three weeks ago. I followed the FFCCC protocol best I could. My corrupted UHC Piedmont Summit health group Atlanta would not prescribe Ivermectin. They said it was prohibited. My experience and useage of the horse paste:
My son tested Pos Monday- I took a 200 lb dose on the clicker. I tested Pos Wed. Took another 200 pound dose Wed, Fri, Sunday. My fever was 103.9 and four hours later my temp went down to 100! It works. I now am taking a 200 pound dose every three to four weeks to supplement my Natural Immunity. Our Doctors and Medical groups have blood on their hands ( thank you Piedmont UHC Summit Atlanta), We need to start naming the corrupted medical groups by name. I am 63, my son 14, he sailed through it in four days, me 10 days back to work.
Ping
I have 5MG pills. I weight approximately 195 pound (BMI=24-25). My instructions were take 3 and a half pills per dose (17.5 MG); two doses the first week, one dose per week thereafter for ten weeks, and then one dose every other week.
Dosage is correct. With the apple flavor I suggest 1 shot of cinnamon schnapps chased by a lick of apple paste followed by 1 shot of Fireball.
Repeat as necessary
Just wash it down with some shine.
One swallow and you’ll never taste the green apple.
that doe info is great, what I cant quite figure out are the frequencies for preventative, exposure, infection. I cant get consistent information
bkmrk
I take it this is for prophylaxis? Any idea for exposure, infection etc? Are should the prophylaxis cover everything else
Copy/archive the replies quickly, repeatedly and immediately.
I’ve both seen and had vanity posts deleted without explanation.
If that happens, stick with FReepmail with those who helped if you have further questions (I hope it doesn’t happen).
Awesome, I saved it. So the dosages were really simple, any idea of frequency? I did not see that on there, sorry if I missed it

The dosage conversion for the Durvet ivermectin horse paste is as follows. There is basically 4mg of ivermectin per notch/serration in the tube. Currently, the recommended doses are:
• 18mg per week for prevention of SARS-CoV-2 infection..
• 24mg per day for five days for early treatment of COVID-19.
NOTE: In the setting of poor clinical response, advanced disease, or obesity, higher doses should be used (target 0.4–0.6 mg/kg
Regarding the Durvet ivermectin horse paste:
If you do the math, the tube contains 6.08 grams of paste or 6,080 milligrams. The percentage of ivermectin in the gel is 1.87%. To derive the milligrams of ivermectin in a full tube you take 6080 x .0187 = 113.696 milligrams of ivermectin per tube. That is enough for a 1250 lb horse. The plunger stem has 28 serrations so when you open a new tube and push the plunger stem up to the first notch each notch thereafter will dispense 113.696 milligrams / 28 or 4.06 milligrams of ivermectin ( Just call each notch equal to an even 4 milligrams worth of ivermectin ). Per the tube, a normal dose ratio for ivermectin is .2 milligrams per kilogram of body weight.
• So for prevention you would take 4.5 notches/serrations per week.
• For early treatment you would take 6 notches every day for five days.
