NIH Now Includes Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc as Recommended in the Prevention or Treatment of COVID

After more than a year of discussions on whether certain vitamins and minerals help with the prevention and treatment of COVID, the NIH now shows that Vitamin C, Vitamin and D and Zinc work.

The NIH is finally recognizing that certain supplements do help in the treatment of COVID. A year ago to the day, Rep. Louie Gohmert recovered from COVID by taking HCQ and zinc and the Mainstream Media had nothing to say about it.

Take some vitamins and zinc and get some rest and call me in the morning.

Doctors like Dr. Zev Zelenko and the ones at FLCCC have been saying this since almost 18 months ago.

It's in their Prophylactic protocol.

Now, if only they'd allow Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine in the mix, we'd be able to crush this pandemic like India's States of Uttar Pradesh and Delhi have ( if they really want it to happen ).

Quercitin, Vit D, zinc, Vit C.

Then a pea-sized amount of horse paste ivermectin when you feel symptoms.

Killed my covid in a day.

And I’ve been taking that for the last eighteen months. Has a hole Dr. Fauci every mentioned these types of preventive measures?

We added zinc to our normal cocktail of supplements last year.

How does “The NIH is still looking at certain supplements to determine if they do help in the treatment of COVID.” (from the article)

become

“NIH Now Includes Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc as Recommended in the Prevention or Treatment of COVID” (from the headline)??

Where do you see this?: “The NIH is still looking at certain supplements to determine if they do help in the treatment of COVID.”

Not all zinc is created equal. There are forms of zinc that are readily absorbed by the mucous membranes. These are great against cold and flu. However, most zinc is *not* absorbed, so the viruses have a safe haven in the mucous membranes.

Looks like a fake headline. Here's a quote from the NIH website for vitamin C:

"Recommendation for Non-Critically Ill Patients With COVID-19

"There is insufficient evidence for the COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel (the Panel) to recommend either for or against the use of vitamin C for the treatment of COVID-19 in non-critically ill patients."

OTC quercitin is important for the zinc to be effective.

There was a study posted on a U.S. government website in June 2020 about Quercetin:

Quercetin and Vitamin C: An Experimental, Synergistic Therapy for the Prevention and Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 Related Disease (COVID-19)

The conclusion of the study is as follows:

Quercetin displays a broad range of antiviral properties which can interfere at multiple steps of pathogen virulence -virus entry, virus replication, protein assembly- and that these therapeutic effects can be augmented by the co-administration of vitamin C. Furthermore, due to their lack of severe side effects and low-costs, we strongly suggest the combined administration of these two compounds for both the prophylaxis and the early treatment of respiratory tract infections, especially including COVID-19 patients.

I have been taking Quercetin, Vitamin C, and Zinc and so far have avoided getting sick with Covid or any other viral infections.

I believe one major reason Fauci and the Establishment poo-poo so many of these effective prophylactics is because they are cheap. There is simply no money in it for the Big Guys.

I take the first four almost daily.

I only take ivermectin when I have symptoms and only every 48 hours.

If you are taking HCQ or Ivermectin, they will act as zinc ionophores - more powerfully than quercetin.

If you are not taking HCQ or Ivermectin, quercetin is the next best thing.
