I saw a man with a woman on the back ride through a parking lot on a Harley wearing masks. They did not look like your average doctor/lawyer with a Harley and some cool duds either.

None of the cloth coverings actually screen out such a microscopic organism, but to be see if this might help I volunteer to test everyone's Jack Daniels free of charge for the sake of the greater good. All you have to do is cover shipping.
