This paper has been submitted to and passed peer review, for publication in a medical journal. However, after that process, I withdrew it from consideration, due to the current accelerating aggression toward and censorship of vaccine criticism in the US. Therefore, I am posting it on Substack, so that I alone receive any criticism directed against this paper or myself.
Abstract
This paper addresses the question of prevalence of COVID vaccine-associated myocarditis, as well as known mechanisms of spike protein-induced myocarditis, considering the epidemiological consequences of mass vaccination with spike protein-generating COVID vaccines, such as are being deployed throughout the world at present. The cardiac impacts of spike protein distribution have risen to particular concern, due to the recent extraordinary increase in new cases of myocarditis and pericarditis, including among populations that typically have vanishingly rare incidence of this disease, especially young men, with particularly anomalous occurrence in young male athletes.
Introduction
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) finds increased reported cases of myocarditis and pericarditis following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination, most notably in adolescents and young adults, [1] including in the absence of COVID-19 infection. [2] Myocarditis was only rarely found post-vaccination prior to the COVID mRNA vaccines, and then mostly associated with the smallpox vaccine. [3] Typically and historically, myocarditis patients are older with high prevalence of diabetes, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease and heart failure...".. .

Have found that if a whole article, large, including scientific citations and sources, is put up in one post, reading fatigue sets in.
Considered it important enough to post in its entirety, but needed to break it down into smaller pieces for information intake.
Very important to have the citations 27, 28, and 29 posted duplicate and separately to make sure the information that HCQ and Ivermectin have efficacy against the worst of the shot side-effects was emphasized.

I had been taking zinc, C and D among other nutrients long before Covid. The day before my J&J shot, and for the week afterward, I took daily 500 mg. Quercetin, 50 mg. zinc, and my usual several thousand IU of D and mg. of C. Ten minutes after the shot, I had NO abnormal feeling in the shot area, and never had any pain, heat or tenderness in that shoulder. Maybe I should be tested to see if I have active immunity or not. My guess is that the immune response would be enhanced, not harmed. I am 83 years old and in good health.
